Tiivistelmä
It is known that nowadays a company should have its own website if it wants to develop properly. However, it is not enough to remain competitive, attract target audience and make it stay on the website for long enough. The company also should make sure that the user experience of their webpages is on a high level.
The goal of this thesis was to find out what exactly is user experience, how does it affect users’ decision-making and how to improve it. It also aimed to figure out what role does the first impression of a visitor have in the overall impression of a user. In addition, this research was based on a real case of a company that promotes its mobile application and an administrative interface for it. Another goal for the author was to find out a way to help this company to improve user experience of its website.
