Tiivistelmä
The purpose of this thesis was to investigate OneDrive for Business cloud service implementation into use. The aim was to create a report that could be used as a guide when a tool would be taken in use. One aim was to find possible challenges and benefits with cloud-based services.
Data was collected by using qualitative methods. The theme interview was used to collect insights and experience of cloud-based services. The theme interview was held with people from the Stora Enso IT and Digitalisation unit, who had the experience from cloud-based service implementation projects. The results of the interviews were analysed separately. The material was used with other data that was collected from other sources. Data was collected from articles, other researches, internet pages and social media.
In this study three basic issues were combined: technology, processes and people. The collected data was used to illustrate how technology, processes and people have an effect on this kind of a project. In this way, the possible bottlenecks and security factors that might affect the implementation could be found. The report can be used as one of the information sources for the project and it can be used to find possible challenges and benefits related to the project.
