Human resource forms one of the most essential assets of any organization and a good reward system will help the workforce in the organisation effectively and efficiently. This work is aimed at examining the impact of reward on employees’ performance with special reference to Cameroon Development Corporation (CDC), Bota-Limbe Cameroon. Structured questionnaire was used to collect data from one hundred and twenty (120) participants through incidental sampling method and data were analysed by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that reward dimensions jointly predict employees’ performance. Therefore, the recommendations made to the management of CDC are that they should make use of both intrinsic and extrinsic reward to motivate employees so that both individual and organizational objectives can be achieved.
