Tiivistelmä
Tämän opinnäytteen tarkoituksena oli tutkia Hyvinvointi palvelutoiminnan oppimiskeskukseen Fysipisteeseen olkapäälähetteillä tulleiden asiakkaiden fysioterapia polkuja. Keskeisiä kysymyksiä tutkimuksessa on, mistä asiakas tulee Fysipisteelle, mitä arviointi mittareita Fysipisteellä on käytetty, mitä on fysipisteellä saatu fysioterapia, kuinka monta kertaa asiakas kävi fysioterapiassa, minne asiakas ohjautunut Fysipisteeltä sekä mikä on fysioterapian tuloksellisuus. Opinnäyte on toteutettu yhteistyössä Hyvinvointi palvelutoiminnan oppimiskeskuksen Fysipisteen kanssa. Opinnäytetyön teoreettinen tausta pohjautuu aiheeseen liittyvään kirjallisuuteen sekä tutkimuksiin. Opinnäytetyössä on esitelty Hyvinvointipalvelutoiminnan oppimiskeskus Fysipisteelle tulleiden asiakkaiden fysioterapiapolkuja taulukoiden avulla. Työn painopisteenä on olkapäälähetteellä tulleiden fysioterapiapolkujen selvittäminen. Tutkimusaineisto kerättiin aikavälillä 2005-2006 fysioterapiassa olleiden asiakkaiden asiakastiedoista. Tutkimukseen osallistui yhteensä 12 asiakasta. Olkapään toiminnanhäiriöt ovat osa tuki- ja liikuntaelin sairauksia. Tutkimusongelman asettelu oli onnistunut ja antoi tuloksia Fysipisteen olkapää asiakkaiden fysioterapian menetelmistä, tuloksista ja kehittämistarpeista. Tutkimustulokset ovat pitkälleennalta odotettujen kaltaisia. Tulosten perusteella Fysipisteelle olkapäälähetteellä tulleiden asiakkaiden fysioterapia on ollut varsin tuloksellista. Kivun lieventyminen, aktiivisen liikkuvuuden lisääntyminen ja päivittäisistä toimista selviytyminen on parantunut fysioterapian ansiosta. Asiakkaat ovat usein myös subjektiivisesti kokeneet hyötyneessä fysioterapiasta. Työ on suunnattu kaikille olkapään toiminnanhäiriöistä kiinnostuneille sekä erityisesti fysioterapeuteille, jotka työskentelevät olkapään toiminnanhäiriöistä kärsivien asiakkaiden kanssa. Hyvinvointi palvelutoiminnan oppimiskeskus Fysipisteen toimintaa voitaisiin kehittää mm. yhdenmukaistamalla sekä kohdentamalla asiakkailla fysioterapiassa käytettyjä arviointimittareita. The goal of this bachelor's thesis was to research the physiotherapical path of shoulder referred patients in comfort service activity learning centre Fysipiste. Essential points in this thesis are: from where are the clients referred from to Fysipiste, what kind of criticism methods have been used in Fysipiste, what exactly is the physiotherapy in Fysipiste, how many times they get physiotherapy, where have the clients been forwarded from Fysipiste, and finally what is the result of physiotherapy in Fysipiste. This thesis has been made collaborating with the comfort service activity learning centre Fysipiste. The theoretical background of this thesis is based on the literature and research of this subject. In this thesis, the physiotherapical path of shoulder referred patients in comfort service activity learning centre Fysipiste is described by charts. The main point of work was to define the physiotherapical path of shoulder referredpatients. Material of this research is collect 2005-2006 physiotherapy clients in Comfort service activity learning centre Fysipiste. Research includes 12 clients. Shoulder malfunctions are a part of bone and joint disorders. The setting of the research problem was successful, and gave results about the shoulder patients' physiotherapical methods, results and about the need to develop further in the aforementioned areas. The results of the research were very similar to the results anticipated. Based on the results, the physiotherapy on the clients who came in to Fysipiste by referral on shoulder malfunctions has been very successful. Pain relief, the increase in active mobility in the shoulder and coping with daily actions had been improving vastly throughphysiotherapy. Often the clients reported to have experienced positive benefit from physiotherapy. The thesis is directed at everyone who is interested in shoulder malfunctions, and specifically to physiotherapists, who are working with patients with shoulder malfunctions. Comfort service activity learning centre Fysipiste physiotherapy can improve to unify and direct what kind of criticism methods they used in physiotherapy.
