Tiivistelmä
Detta slutarbete gick ut på att planera ett hydrauliksystem till en kompaktlastare. Tyngdpunkten las på att utreda om ett LS- eller CP-system skulle passa lastaren bättre. Vissa komponenter fanns redan utvalda så systemets andra komponenter dimensionerades efter dem. Till slutarbetet hörde också statikuträkningar på kompaktlastarens lyftbom, för att kunna dimensionera hydrauliska cylindrar.
Resultatet är ett planerat hydrauliksystem med alla komponenter utvalda och ett hydraulschema. This thesis was about the designing of a hydraulic system for a miniloader. The thesis was part of a bigger project aiming to develop a competitive miniloader.
The emphasis was put on whether a load sensing or a constant pressure type system would fit the loader better. Some components had already been chosen so the the new components were dimensioned to suit them. The thesis included statics calculations to help dimension the hydraulic cylinders.
The result is a fully planned hydraulic system with all the components chosen, complete with a hydraulic scheme.
