This thesis explores incentive travel and its effects and benefits for all the parties included: destination management companies (DMC), service providers and the client companies.
The main objectives of the thesis were to find out wheter incentive travel really motivates employees to perform better and what kind of trips are the most successful. Based on the data collected, suggestions for futher business development were given to Lifestyle DMC, the commissionaire of the thesis.
