Nowadays camping is a popular way to spend holidays, because the accommodation possibilities are cheap. There are different types campsites, like sports campsites, religious campsites and nature campsites. What makes them so popular is that idea of the campsites are the same in all over the world, so people knows what to get when they come to Finland and use the campsites.
Customer satisfaction and quality of a campsite are key words to every campsite. If the customer leaves a campsite unsatisfied, they will probably not come back, plus the word of mouth goes around so that will also cut some customers too. But if the customer leaves satisfied there are bigger chance for them to come back.

That is why the target group of the survey is huge. The needs and wants for 20 year olds are different than families with small children or older people. The survey was made with, qualitative survey method, so that the results in this case would be more effective. The surveys were given to customers who came to Top Camping Yyteri plus sent to last midsummer’s guests whose emails were in the reservation systems. Ten surveys were answered and returned. The results were not surprising. The 20-25 year olds agreed that the age limit 20 as a good idea, but they did not like the idea of a higher age limit. The families and older people were fine with the idea of a higher age limit. All groups also wanted to have some activities to the area during the midsummer.
