Tiivistelmä
The main point of this final thesis was to gather information about the topic of Human Resources Management and put it in a simple form for people, who are interested in becoming HR managers. The main focus was to show a perspective of a person who does not have experience in working for HR, and all of the presented knowledge is theory gathered from multiple sources. This thesis focuses on what skills should be expected of a good Human Resources manager, and how to conduct interviews, and it clarifies what different types of interviews there are. Most of the sources are from the internet, since it has a great number of small articles, each with their own different information, which through compiling it together helped make this whole thesis.
