”Yhdistys on ollut etappi elämässäni” Asiakastyytyväisyystutkimus Vantaan mielenterveysyhdistys Hyvät Tuulet Ry:lle
(Laurea-ammattikorkeakoulu, 2013)
Opinnäytetyömme tarkoituksena oli asiakastyytyväisyystutkimuksen avulla selvittää Vantaan Mielenterveysyhdistys Hyvät Tuulet Ry:n jäsenien näkemyksiä ja kokemuksia yhdistyksen toiminnasta. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena on saada yhdistyksen jäsenet itse vaikuttamaan yhdistyksen toimintaan jäsenkyselyn avulla. Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena on kartoittaa asiakastyytyväisyyslomakkeen avulla Vantaan Mielenterveysyhdistyksen Hyvät Tuulet ry:n toiminnan nykytilannetta ja saada yhdistykselle lomakkeista saaduista vastauksista tukea toiminnan kehittämiseksi.
Opinnäytetyön tutkimus on toteutettu puolistrukturoidulla kyselylomakkeella. Tutkimus suoritettiin kirjekyselynä kesäkuun 2012 aikana. Asiakastyytyväisyyslomakkeet lähetettiin kirjeitse kaikille Hyvät Tuulet ry:n jäsenille, jotka olivat maksaneet jäsenmaksun vuonna 2012. Asiakastyytyväisyyslomakkeita lähetettiin yhteensä 280 jäsenelle. Vastausaikaa oli 4.6- 4.7.2012. Määräaikaan mennessä täytettyjä asiakastyytyväisyyslomakkeita palautettiin yhteensä 44 kappaletta. Opinnäytetyön kyselyn vastausprosentti oli 15,7 %.
Asiakastyytyväisyyslomakkeista saatujen tuloksien perusteella jäsenien tyytyväisyys vaihteli osa-alueittain, mutta kokonaisuudessaan asiakkaiden tyytyväisyys Hyvät Tuulet ry:n toimintaa kohtaan oli kohtalaisen hyvä. Eniten kehittämisehdotuksia nousi esille virkistystoiminnan ja vertaistukitoiminnan lisäämiseksi....

Strengthening of the interaction between the generations by play This thesis is made in collaboration with Mannerheim League for child welfare. The purpose of this thesis is to strengthen the interaction between the generations as a part of organization’s communal grandparenting activity. The action was carried out in a kindergarten and a school maintained by the city of Vantaa. Five to ten kids and one or two communal grandparents took part in our functional part of the thesis in both places. During the activity kids and communal grandparents could share their thoughts about their childhood and play together. Main targets of the functional part were to create more interaction between children and communal grandparents by playing and by that help to share cultural inheritance between generations. Achieving the targets was considered by the evaluation questions and the answers for them were formed by the feedback questions that had been made for both the children and the elderly people. Also the researchers’ own observations about the effectivity of the activity are part of the evaluation. The functional part of the thesis proved that by small changes it is a potential option for the interaction between the generations. Playing culture works well as a tool of interaction, but the most important thing is to have interest in subject and listen to the group during the activity. In the evaluation part of the report it has been analyzed which things have been a success and which things have to be developed so the other communal grandparents can use the idea in their voluntary work. The summary compacts how the action is worth doing in the future....

Also my own leadership in the group developed during the process and I got more self-confident in my professional approach. The irregular presences of the children caused challenges for the group activities and teaming. The thesis process was challenging but successful and an educational experience...
