The thesis was commissioned by a football club in Espoo, which requested a proposal for the development of the club's Internal communication. The goal of the work was to come up with solutions on how to enhance the club's communication. The goal of the work was to come up with solutions on how to enhance the club's communication and, brand awareness. The aim is to gain visibility for club activities and draw the attention of the target audience. The thesis offers development proposals for the internal communication of the football club based on two different surveys. The purpose is to create added value for the club and improve club awareness internally and externally. The thesis has been implemented as a development task. This thesis data base is based on the theory of communication and internal communication. The report provides information on the company's internal communication strategy, how goals and planning are implemented, the implementation of the management of internal communication channels, and how the role and actions of employees in handling problematic situations will be seen externally. The current state of the club's internal communication is mapped to the club's environment and the factors affecting it. The club's objective was to get as much information as possible about members' opinions about club activities and communication. The survey was selected as the research method, because during the pandemic, the reach of members was comprehensive in this way. In the survey, a SWOT analysis was created using the answers, through which problems in the club's internal communication were observed. Thanks to the large number of answers, a sufficiently comprehensive number of valid answers was obtained, with the help of which good development proposals were obtained. The key results in both surveys were very similar. Developing internal communication, promoting internal communication, and taking members' views into account is an important part of developing club communication, as is members' commitment to the club. With the help of the survey, concrete development proposals were obtained, from which it is easy for the club to start developing its communication. The research revealed that it was hoped to increase various trainings and information for both the club's employees and members. Development proposals based on the first survey included systematic and open communication within the club, investing in information, constant updating of the website, introducing the communication plan more to the members, making use of social media for marketing and considering paid advertising on social media, and finally measuring member satisfaction an annual survey. The development proposals made based on the team leader survey included increasing trainings, holding workshop days, translating as many materials as possible into English, and sending out newsletters in English. These development proposals have been presented to the club's board and approved. At the end of the thesis, it has been considered whether the answers to the research questions have been obtained and what kind of effect external and internal factors have on club communication, if the desire is to develop as a communicator....
