Konsultointiyrityksen palvelukonseptin muotoilu : Case: Liike4K-myönteisen muutoksen mahdollistaja

Liike4K on vuonna 2010 perustettu liikkeenjohdon konsultointia tarjoava yritys. Työhyvinvointi on yrityksen tarjoamassa konsultoinnissa tärkeässä osassa. Liike4K:lla on kolme liiketoiminta-aluetta: yritysjohdon konsultointi, ryhmäliikuntatuntien ohjaus ja suunnittelu sekä terveystuotteiden välitystoiminta. Tässä opinnäytetyössä keskityttiin nimenomaan yritysjohdon konsultoinnin osa-alueeseen ja kehitettiin palvelumuotoilun avulla yritykselle toimivat palvelukonseptit, joiden toimivuutta testattiin teemahaastatteluin ja lopulta valittiin kahdesta konseptista toimivampi.
Liike4K:n haasteena oli epäselkeä palvelukonsepti, jota yrityksen toimitusjohtaja ei kokenut luontevaksi esiteltäväksi liikkeenjohdolle. Tämän opinnäytetyön aihe syntyi siis todellisesta tarpeesta. Tavoitteeseen eli toimivan konseptin muotoiluun päästiin perehtymällä teoriatietoon konsultoinnista ja palvelukonsepteista sekä tutustumalla Liike4K:n toimintatapaan konsultoinnissa, jotta konseptista saataisiin mahdollisimman hyvin juuri toimeksiantajayrityksen konsultointityötä kuvaava.
Opinnäytetyön teoreettinen viitekehys koostui konsultointityön teoriasta, palvelumuotoilusta sekä palvelukonsepteista ja kilpailija-analyysistä. Opinnäytetyön menetelmänä käytettiin teemahaastatteluja. Teoriatiedon perusteella tutustuttiin palvelukonseptien luomiseen sekä konsultointityöhön ja näiden teoriatietojen pohjalta kehitettiin kaksi palvelukonseptia, joista toinen suuntautui yrityksen sisäiseen toimivuuteen ja toinen oli asiakaslähtöinen. Konseptien muotoilussa onnistuttiin, sillä molemmista konsepteista saatiin positiivista palautetta yritysjohdolle tehdyissä teemahaastatteluissa. Teemahaastatteluja tehtiin toimeksiantajayrityksen kohdealalla toimiville merkittäville suomalaisille yrityksille. Teemahaastatteluista saadun aineiston perusteella valittiin toimeksiantajayritykselle konsepteista enemmän mielenkiintoa herättänyt konsepti jatkotyöstämistä varten....

ASP saving and loan scheme (Asuntosäästöpalkkiojärjestelmä) among young people The primary research goal of the thesis was to map the extent and level of knowledge of young people between the ages 18 to 30 living in the Helsinki metropolitan area with regard to the ASP savings and loan scheme (Asuntosäästöpalkkiojärjestelmä). The goal is to have both a good general picture and a detailed view of the knowledge the youth have of the ASP scheme. The ASP system, which was created in the eighties, still maintains its original purpose of supporting young people in saving for and purchasing their first apartment. The theory base of the thesis examines the ways the ASP scheme has been developed and altered to serve the target group in accordance with changes in the environment. The various forms of public support available to help in the acquisition of a first apartment and the way these relate to the ASP system are also discussed. The thesis emphasises the importance of the role of the state in facilitating the acquisition of a first owned apartment. The research method chosen for the thesis project is the themed interview. The research data consists of five interviews with young people in different stages of life, all without their first own apartment. All the interviewees were young people between the ages 18 to 30 living in the Helsinki metropolitan area. These were young students and persons in the process of building their working careers, who all shared a common goal of wanting to acquire their first own apartment. The results indicate that the attitudes young people have towards the acquisition of a first apartment are more positive than ever before. However, the qualities of the APS scheme and the public terms and conditions are slightly contradictory for the young people, due to a low level of awareness, but also due to deficiencies in the channels of informing. As a whole, the ASP scheme and the supporting ideology match the views the young people have of the ASP saving and loan scheme....

Updating the Excel software management skills of managers and specialists at an insurance company Constantly evolving information technology requires constant development of employee’s information skills in companies all around the world. Companies need to remain involved in the development of information technology, in order to maintain their competitiveness in the market as much as possible. For this reason, many companies hold IT-related training courses for their employees or services are purchased from a third party. The purpose of this thesis project was to provide training to the managers and experts of an insurance company in the use of the Excel software application. For the purposes of this IT training the company's employees were mapped and divided in to three skill levels depending on the trainees' knowledge levels. The company is a European insurance firm. The training sessions held three times in two different cities in Finland, where the company has branch offices. The sessions were held at the urgent request of the company in late 2012, after which feedback was also collected on the training. The feedback, tasks, and interviews were analyzed in early 2013. This data formed the results of this study. In this thesis project the version of the Excel software used was Excel 2003, but the thesis also examines differences between Excel 2003 and Excel 2007. The theoretical framework of the thesis is based on concepts of adult education, learning and training and also guidelines on how to organize the best possible education....

Legal succession of forest property In this thesis I will examine through juridical study how the succession of forest property can be executed in terms of civil and taxation laws. In the thesis I will go through the scenario in which the succession is executed already during the lifetime of decedent. In most cases the inheritance of forest property is not a surprise for the heirs but usually the heirs have not given any thoughts as to how to act with the inherited forest property. Because of this it is very important to make the succession plans during the time when the decedent is still alive. Succession is a matter that often raises many questions in the decedent’s mind. For example how and at which point it is worthwhile to transfer the forest property from the decedent to the heirs. It might be the case that the decedent has inherited the property by him/her self so the emotion can play a significant role when making the plans and decisions. It is worthwhile to think in which legal forms the forest property can be treated when doing the transfer and what kind of taxation sanctions might result. If needed the taxation authorities can be requested to give a preliminary ruling of the taxation sanctions. In this thesis I will also clarify the impact of forest deduction in different kind of estates. The person is entitled to forest deduction if he/she has been given or has bought the forest property. Due to forest deduction the capital income tax from selling timber in the future is reduced significantly. With the help of these questions I will go through the possible scenarios of estates during and after the lifetime of decedent. I will clarify which things need to be considered when making the plans. One part of my thesis is the tax calculations based on a forest property belonging to my relative. The size of this forest property is about 33 hectares and with the value of about 125 000 Euros. With the calculations I will clarify what are the taxes to be paid in different scenarios of estates and how much for example the retention of the right of possession has an effect on the taxes to be paid. A low amount of taxes to be paid should not always be the primary target. One should always consider also the objectives of the decedent as well as the heirs when making the plans and decisions. Also the aspect of forest management must be taken into consideration....

Consumers purchasing behavior in Fruits and Vegetables department, Case: Kesko Oyj The purpose for thesis was to gain knowledge on what influences consumer purchasing decisions in the fruit and vegetable departments in grocery stores. Students were chosen as a study group. The target group for this thesis was chosen to be students at Laurea university of applied sciences. The theoretical framework consists of consumer behavior, developing business and the meaning of developing business. The empirical material for this thesis quantitative study which is statistical study was collected during the time between 1st March 2013 – 9 th March 2013. The study was executed by using an electronic form and the study group received the link for the questionnaire via email. Microsoft Excel spreadsheet was used in processing the material re-ceived from the study. The number of participants in the study of consumers purchasing be-havior in grocery stores fruit and vegetable department was 666 students from Laurea univer-sity of applied sciences. The results received from the study show that students do their shopping mostly in supermarket or hypermarket stores. In The fruit and vegetable department quality, freshness and price influence the purchasing decision the most. In the department product display influences the purchasing decision the most. In service, departments cleanliness influences the purchasing decision the most. In the questionnaire there was also a question where the respondents were asked to list more unusual/exotic fruits and vegetables. The respondents listed over 60 different exotic fruits. The unusual and exotic quality of the fruits was dependant on the respondent. For all respon-dents the same fruit was not necessarily exotic. Also some of the fruits were known by different names....

Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena on muodostaa kattava kuva pohjoismaiden sähkömarkkinoiden eri riskeistä ja toimista joilla näiltä riskeiltä voidaan suojautua. Työssä myös esitellään sähkömarkkinoiden perusperiaatteet eli fundamentit. Näiden pohjalta voimme analysoida eri riskien vakavuutta ja tarvetta suojautua niiltä. Alati muuttuvalla sähkömarkkinalla eri toimijoille on tullut lähiaikoina vielä tärkeämmäksi tehdä riskienhallintaa suojausmallien kautta, koska sähkön markkinahinnan volatiliteetti on noussut huomattavasti lähiaikoina. Tämä johtuu piktälti uusiutuvan sähköntuotannon merkittävästä laajenemisesta ja yhä etenevästä eurooppalaisesta sähkömarkkina-integraatiosta joka muuttaa historiallisia fundamentteja eri maiden markkinoilla.
Riskienhallinnan näkökulmasta sähkömarkkinat tarjoavat kattavan valikoiman erilaisia suojaustuotteita riskeiltä suojautumiseen. Työssä esitellään nämä suojaustuotteet ja niiden käyttöön annetaan esimerkkimalleja salkunhallintaa varten. Samoin työssä pyritään antamaan kattava kuva eri riskeistä eri toimijoiden näkökulmista....

Hansgrohe SUOMI – Tuotteiden ja brändin asema jälleenmyyntipisteissä

Opinnäytetyössä mitataan saksalaisen hanavalmistaja Hansgrohen brändin ja tuotteiden asemaa jälleenmyyntipisteissä. Mittaus suoritettiin mystery shopping –menetelmää käyttäen yhdessätoista eri Hansgrohen jälleenmyyntipisteessä Uudellamaalla painottuen pääkaupunkiseudulle. Mystery shopping –arviointikäyntejä tehtiin kaksi kuhunkin jälleenmyyntipisteeseen. Opinnäytetyön tekijät suorittivat kaikki mystery shopping –arviointikäynnit vuoden 2013 helmikuussa.
Hansgrohe on maailman suurin suihkuvalmistaja ja Euroopan suurimpia hanavalmistajia. Hans-grohe tunnetaan laadusta, vahvasta teknisestä osaamisesta ja rohkeasta huippudesignista. Suomessa Hansgrohen markkinaosuus on seitsemän prosenttia. Markkinajohtaja on Oras yli 70 %:n markkinaosuudellaan. Mystery shopping –menetelmän avulla mitatut jälleenmyyntipisteet olivat opinnäytetyön toimeksiantajan Hansgrohen määrittelemät. Toimeksiantaja pyrki valitsemaan mittaukseen mahdollisimman kattavasti erilaisia jälleenmyyntipisteitä, jotka toimivat toisistaan eroavin liiketoiminta- ja myymäläkonseptein. Mitatut jälleenmyyntipisteet olivat: K-Rauta Lanterna, K-Rauta Espoon keskus, K-Rauta Oulunkylä, K-Rauta Vantaanportti, Kodin Terra Tuusula, Bauhaus Espoo, Netrauta Vantaa, Laattapiste Espoo, Hanakat Stendahl, Kylpyhuone-keskus sekä Daniel’s.
Mystery shopping –mittauksessa arvioitiin jälleenmyyntipisteiden myymälämarkkinointia, Hansgrohen brändin ilmenemistä sekä henkilökohtaista myyntityötä. Myymälämarkkinointi-osio jaettiin neljään eri osa-alueeseen: seinäesillepanoihin, hyllynpäätyesittelyihin, erikoisesittelyihin sekä markkinointimateriaalien käyttöön. Myymälöitä arvioitiin kunkin osa-alueen avulla neliportaisella asteikolla, joiden vastaukset pisteytettiin. Tulokset muodostettiin laskemalla yhteenlaskettujen pisteiden suhde täysistä pisteistä ja tulos ilmoitettiin prosentteina.
Tuloksia analysoitiin kokonaisuutena, osa-alueittain sekä myymälöittäin. Jälleenmyyntipisteistä Daniel’s oli ainoa, joka ylsi täyteen 100 %:n suoritukseen. Mittauksen heikoin oli Bauhaus Espoo 36 %:n kokonaistuloksellaan. Sekä jälleenmyyntipisteiden että eri osa-alueiden tulosten välillä oli huomattavia eroja.
Opinnäytetyössä käydään läpi ajankohtaisten lähteiden kautta vallitseva talouden suhdannetilanne sekä rakentamisen nykytila ja tulevaisuudennäkymät Hansgrohen toimintaympäristön ymmär-tämiseksi. Opinnäytetyössä perehdytään mystery shopping –mittauksessa tutkittaviin osa-alueisiin, mystery shopping -mittausmenetelmään ja vähittäiskaupan perusteisiin sekä myymäläkonsepteihin aiheisiin liittyvien kirjallisten teosten avulla.
