Employee’s burden of proof in correcting information entitling to pension according to Employees Pensions Act (TyEL) Residents of Finland between 18 and 67 years old working as employees or self-employed in the private sector service receive an annual pension record of their insured compensations – every three years beginning in 2013. The pension record has significance for employment verification and inquiry. Employees and the self-employed can use the pension record to verify that salary information, earnings and unemployment benefits have been correctly recorded. In the case of discrepancies, the pension provider that issued the record should be contacted first. In this way, employees and the self-employed can ensure that the pension they eventually receive will be paid to the correct amount. The burden of settling employment contracts and their legal jurisdiction falls on the pension provider as well as the employee or self-employed person. Before TyEL (the Employees Pensions Act) was passed in 2007, employment contracts according to the employee pension act (TEL) were to be sufficiently verified (TEL 10 a §). The pension provider investigated the issue on behalf of the insured employee, who was responsible for providing additional verification upon request. Starting in 2007, if the employment in question dates back further than six years, the employee is responsible for providing undisputed verification according to TyEL 75 b §. My purpose is to investigate, what it means to apply undisputed verification in practice. What kind of problems may arise from applying undisputed verification? The Employees Pensions Act or its preparatory work does not shed sufficient light on the issue and much authoritative legal praxis does not yet exist. As a source of information I use pension literature and legal literature as well as court cases of the Pension Appeal Court and Insurance Court. Also in order to acquire more information, I have carried out surveys and interviews with people involved in the pension system....

Markkinointisuunnitelma Marbit Oy:lle
(Laurea-ammattikorkeakoulu, 2012)
Opinnäytetyö on markkinointisuunnitelma Marbit Oy:lle. Aihe on toimeksianto työharjoittelun yhteydessä.
Swot-analyysi on käsitelty markkinoinnin näkökulmasta.
Markkinointisuunnitelman tarkoituksena on kehittää toimintaa jäsentyneemmäksi. Tavoitteena on, että suunnitelmalliset markkinointitoimenpiteet yhtenäistävät yrityksen imagoa, kasvattavat tunnettuutta, kohottavat yrityksen brändiä ja kasvattavat myyntiä. Suunnitelman avulla markkinointia on myös helpompi hoitaa käytännön työssä....
