Rahoituksen suunnittelu pk-yrityksessä

Osakeyhtiön rahoitus suunnitellaan sekä pitkälle että lyhyelle aikavälille. Osakeyhtiötä rahoitetaan omalla tai vieraalla pääomalla. Oma pääoma tulee omistajilta ja ulkopuolisilta sijoittajilta. Se perustuu tuottoon ja siitä halutaan osakkeen omistajille osinkoja voitetusta pääomasta. Vieraalla pääomalla maksetaan investoinnit tuotteisiin ja koneisiin. Sen jälkeen tuotolla maksetaan takaisin lainattu pääoma luotonantajille. Tämän tutkimuksen tavoite oli selvittää rahoituksen suunnittelua lyhyellä ja pitkällä aikavälillä sekä rahan lähteitä yritystoimintaa varten.
Tutkimuksessa tarkastellaan osakeyhtiön talouden toimintaa ja sen kehittymistä kassanhallinnassa ja maksuvalmiudessa. Työn empiirisessä osassa tutkitaan osakeyhtiön rahoituksen hoitamista ja lyhyen aikavälin suunnittelua eri vuosina. Tutkimuksessa halutaan tuoda esille rahan käyttöä ja suunnittelua yritystoiminnassa.
Tutkielma on tapaustutkimus, jossa käytettiin tiedonhankintamenetelmänä havainnointia ja haastattelua. Opinnäytetyön teoreettisen osan aineistona käytettiin kirjallisuutta ja verkossa olevaa materiaalia.
Tutkimuksessa tuli ilmi, että pienessä yrityksessä rahoituksen suunnittelu on tehtävä huolellisesti. Toiminta ei olisi voinut jatkua, jos tulorahoitus olisi loppunut pitkäksi aikaa. Tässä yrityksessä tarvitaan enemmän tietoa yrityksen rahoituksesta ja rahan käytöstä. Sen parempi tunteminen lisäisi yritystoiminnan kannattavuutta ja toisi uusia mahdollisuuksia toiminnan laajentamiselle....

Satisfaction Survey on New Enterprice Resource Planning System Year Purchasing a new enterprise resource planning system is a big change for an organisation. The change effects inside the organisation in many different ways. The renewal of familiar routines might cause resistance of change, fear and insecurity inside the organization. The process requires good management of change and support for the personnel. The topic of this survey was to find out how the personnel of Yritys X felt about the changing of enterprise resource planning system process and what were their opinions of the new system. The survey was implemented using a quantitative research method: an opinion poll. The survey gives answers to the question: How Yritys X managed the change process and how satisfied the employees were to the new system. The questions were divided into three sections and a voluntary open question. The survey was implemented in summer 2011 six months after using the new system. 40 em-ployees participated in the questionnare. Most of the responses were online and a few were returned in printed form. Every member of the personnel had an opportunity to answer the opinion poll. However, only every third of the staff answered the questions. The theoretical section of the thesis consists of the theory of enterprise resource planning systems, purchasing process and the risks and opportunities of changing into new system. In addition to the ERP systems, there is a theory of management of change. The conclusion of the survey was that the change process of ERP system in Yritys X was a success. The personnel were content with the new M3 system. They were especially pleased of the orientation, support from the company and new features of the M3 system. The old Movex system was found stable and reliable; however the new M3-system was considered more comprehensive and modern....

Laadunhallinta kiinteistöhuoltoalan pk-yrityksessä

Tämän opinnäytetyön aiheena on laadunhallinta kiinteistöhuoltoalan pk–yrityksessä. Opinnäytetyön teoria keskittyy laatuun, laatujohtamiseen sekä laatujärjestelmiin. Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli perehtyä laadunhallinnan keinoihin ja sitä kautta osoittaa laadun merkitys yrityksen liiketoiminnassa.
Laatu voidaan määritellä useasta eri näkökulmasta. Nykyään laatu mielletään usein kokonaisuudeksi, jonka tavoitteena on asiakkaiden tyytyväisyyden kasvattaminen, liiketoiminnan kannattavuuden parantaminen sekä yrityksen kilpailukyvyn vahvistaminen.
Laatujohtamisessa pyritään virheiden minimointiin ja laadukkuuden maksimointiin ihmisläheisten johtamismenetelmien kautta. Erityisesti pienten yritysten laatujärjestelmää laatiessa on hyvä muistaa, että laatujärjestelmä tuo parhaimmillaan yritykselle lisäarvoa, kun taas liian monimutkaisesti toteutettu laatujärjestelmä voi sitoa yrityksen resursseja liikaa.
Opinnäytetyö on toteutettu kehitysprojektina kohdeorganisaatiolle. Kohdeorganisaatio on vuonna 2010 perustettu pieni osakeyhtiö, joka työllistää neljästä kymmeneen henkilöä. Kohdeorganisaatio on nuori kasvava yritys joka tarvitsee jatkuvaa laadunseurantaa. Yrityksessä uskotaan, että jatkuva laadunseuranta parantaa heidän yrityksen kilpailukykyä. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli kehittää kohdeorganisaatiolle sopiva laadunhallintajärjestelmä sekä laatia helppolukuinen ja selkeä laatukäsikirja yrityksen toiminnan pohjalta. Laatukäsikirja toteutettiin yhteistyössä yrityksen johdon kanssa.
Laatukäsikirjan tarkoituksena on olla ensiaskel kohti entistä tiiviimpää laadunseurantaa ja laadunkehitystä kohdeorganisaatiossa. Yrityksessä toivotaan, että laatukäsikirjalla saavutetaan järjestelmällisyyttä yrityksen laadunseurantaan....

Day-to-day responsibility in two K-group food stores This thesis is a qualitative research that examines the role of corporate responsibility among the values of Kesko and the K-Group. Today companies are more and more aware that values are an important part of business activities. That is why values are also a topical and important object of research. The study focuses on two K-Group food stores in the metropolitan area. The aim is to find out how the Kesko and K-Group guide ‘Our responsible working principles’ and its section ‘Day-to-day responsibility’ are used as tools in the daily business operations of the two stores. The study analyzes themes adapted from the Day-to-day responsibility section and examines how these themes manifest themselves in everyday work, attempting to establish how they are put to use in the working communities of the two stores. The theoretical framework of the research consists of values, value-based leadership and the process of value introduction. An additional goal was to become acquainted with general research method theory. The research data was gathered through semi-structured theme interviews in fall 2010. Interviewees were selected from three levels of staff in both stores: the retailer, a department supervisor and a cashier. The primary analyzing method applied to the gathered data was content analysis. The findings of the research indicate that themes from the ‘Day-to-day responsibility’ section are seen as a part of everyday work. However, the guide's importance in value introduction was smaller than expected. The most significant finding of the study is that the best means of introducing values to a working community is the supervisor's own example. The research also reveals that, in both of the examined working communities, internal communication has a major role in executing day-to-day responsibility....

The eSTUFF concept: hotels as providers of plug-and-play ICT products The subject of this thesis is the eSTUFF concept and the market potential of simple ICT products in the hotel environment. The purpose of the thesis was to conduct market research for hotels and thereby investigate the market potential for the eSTUFF concept. eSTUFF is a brand owned by the EET group which is a European ICT distributor. Products consist mostly of simple ICT products, such as AC adapters for laptops and mobile phones, cables, headphones and other plug-and-play products. The theory used in the thesis mainly consists of B2B selling, B2B marketing and marketing research. This information has been collected from relevant printed literature and Internet sources The research design and interviews were based on the theory of the thesis. 62 hotels in the Helsinki capital area were chosen for the sample, as well several hotels from Tampere and Turku. Hotels which are likely to service mostly business customers were selected. The interviews were conducted over the phone and by email. 42 responses were received giving response rate of 67 percent, which was felt to offer a reliable sample size. The results of the research indicate that there is potential for simple ICT products in the hotel markets. Most of the hotels surveyed have a daily or at least weekly demand for the products. It was also discovered that most of the hotels already have some form of solution to offer their customers. In addition it was found that many hotels did not have a complete solution to offer and very often they had to guide their customers to the nearest ICT store. In this thesis the strengths and weaknesses of the hotel concept are also examined. Conclusions based on the market research suggest that there is business potential for the concept. The research did not reveal the profitability of the business as this can be only discovered in practice....

The early settlement activities of guardianship The topic of my thesis is the early settlement activities of guardianship. During my internship at the local legal aid office I found out that the new guardianship’s clients were often confused about the proceeding of their case after the beginning of guardianship. Confidence can be built in the best way between the guardianship client and guardian, if the guardianships client has knowledge about the progress and policies of the guardianship. For this purpose I will gather a small guide for customers in the end of my thesis. The Legal Guardians were moved from the municipalities to the state´s legal aid offices a few years ago and all the policies have not yet settled. Bearing this in mind I will to find out the differencies the policies of the different offices concerning the early settlement activities and also to discover good policies. The Guardianship Act obligates guardians to make a list of the client’s property but there is no specific guideline for the early settlement activities, however. A development group of the guardians has given some general recommendations for the first meeting but there is no general guideline for all early settlement activities. Because the early settlement activities and policies depend on the client’s life situation, it is understandable that there is no specific guideline. With the help of four legal aid office units I have completed a small survey to find out their policies and good practices. At the beginning of my thesis I will start with the guardianship’s history and tell generally about guardianship using laws and legal literature as my source. The results of the survey are analyzed in the end of the thesis. At the end you will also find a guide for new clients of the guardianship. This guide is meant to give the client information on the early settlement action process....
