This thesis deals with how a supervisor can help employees for better results. This thesis also helps to understand supervisors’ work, its challenges and opportunities. The theoretical part deals with supervisors’ work in general and gives a theoretical framework to the study and its results. Five sales supervisors were interviewed in this thesis about their work as supervisors. Qualitative research method was applied in this thesis in order to understand sales managers’ work as it is and to find similarities and differences in actual work. The results showed that the interaction between a supervisor and an employee is one of the most important things for the outcome. Only with real interaction, the supervisor has the possibility to find out where she or he can help her or his employee and how. The results also showed that not only employees need coaching but also supervisors need coaching and support to help them to improve and be a better manager....

The tasks of experts have grown constantly as financial administration has become more electronic. Accountancy firms' employees have to refer to customers more than in earlier times also the legal responsibility is difficult to assess. During the last few years the economy has slumped, so financial crime and tax evasion has increased. The EU-commission has slowed down the growth of crimes and has also initiated new laws. The principal of this thesis was AVJ Controllerit limited. The purpose of the thesis was to examine the legal responsibility of accountancy firms. New legal areas are the law of the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing 444/2017, law on income information system 53/2018 and the general data protection regulation. The main research problem was the new laws set by the EU-commission, the affect of the law now and in the future and the responsibilities and obligations which will have an effect on an accountancy firms' daily operations. The main research problem was divided into smaller parts. The main questions under the main problem were; what are financial crimes, in the view of an accountancy firm. What are the new laws that have been passed and what practical policies have to be made in accountancy firms after them. This thesis objective was to show accountancy firm’s obligations if they find any money laundering and terrorist financing. It will also help accountancy firms to protect their own operations. In addition, an objective was to find out what reforms law on income information system 53/2018 and the general data protection regulation bring.This thesis can be used by all accountancy firm’s employees. In this thesis the actual information and results of the research have been combined. Qualitative research has been the method of this thesis. I chose the qualitative research method for this thesis, because it is based mainly from theory and I have considered the practical effects on accountancy firms with the results from the research methods, which were observation and analysis, based on the instruction. In this thesis I have tried to explain the theory as practically as possible. As a research method I have also used processes of observation and analysis which are usually the processes that are used in qualitative research. One of the outcomes of the research was an information package for the employees of the principal of the thesis. In this thesis, there is also a privacy statement for the principal, an information letter to customers about responsibilities in case of finding any signs of money laundering and a contract about processing the personal data of customers. The information package and all the documents will be based on this resource. The main purpose of this thesis is to increase employees knowledge of new legal responsibilities. Tutkimus kiinteistönhuoltosopimuksen lisäpalveluiden tuotteistamisesta

Tämän opinnäytetyön tarkoitus on kehittää toimeksiantajayrityksen, eli M. Korhosen toimintaa. M. Korhonen on kiinteistönhuoltoalan yritys, joka palvelee asiakkaitaan Kirkkonummen, Siuntion ja Espoon alueilla. Vuonna 2017 M. Korhosen johtoon siirtyi Kimmo Halonen, joka toi toimintaan mukaan oman sähkö- ja LVI-alan yrityksensä, K. Halonen Oy: n. Yhdessä nämä kaksi toimialaa luovat yrittäjälle mahdollisuuden kehittää kiinteistönhuoltopalveluja tehokkaammiksi ja palvella asiakkaita paremmin. Opinnäytetyössä tutkitaan, miten K. Halonen Oy:n palveluita voitaisiin tuotteistaa osaksi M. Korhosen kiinteistönhuoltosopimuksia. Opinnäytetyössä tutkitaan isännöitsijöiden kiinnostusta näihin lisäpalveluihin.
Opinnäytetyön teoreettinen viitekehys koostuu kahdesta aiheesta: kiinteistöalasta ja tuotteistamisesta. Kiinteistöalan teoriaosuudessa käsitellään rakennettua ympäristöä, kiinteistön hoitoa ja huoltoa sekä kiinteistöalan merkitystä Suomen taloudelle. Tuotteistamisen teoriaosuudessa käsitellään tuotetta ja palvelua käsitteenä, palvelun tuotteistamisprosessia sekä hinnoittelu- ja lanseerausprosesseja.
Opinnäytetyön tutkimus suoritettiin kahden tutkimusmenetelmän avulla: kyselyn ja haastattelun. Kyselyllä haluttiin tutkia M. Korhosen asiakkaiden ja muiden pääkaupunkiseudun isännöitsijöiden kiinnostusta kiinteistönhuoltosopimuksen lisäpalveluihin. Kyselyitä toteutettiin kaksi: toinen M. Korhosen asiakkaille ja toinen pääkaupunkiseudun isännöitsijöille. Haastattelulla kartoitettiin isännöitsijöiden mielipiteitä lisäpalveluiden tuotteistamisesta ja hinnoittelusta.
Kyselyissä ja haastatteluissa tutkittavat lisäpalvelut olivat LVIS-työt, pienkorjaukset, remonttipalvelut, tekniset palvelut, kattotyöt ja siivous. Keskeisimpinä tuloksina kyselyissä voidaan pitää kiinnostuksen tasoa kunkin lisäpalvelun kohdalla ja erilaisten tekijöiden vaikutusta kiinnostukseen. Molempien kyselyiden kohdalla huomattiin, että kaksi eniten kiinnostavaa lisäpalvelua olivat pienkorjaukset ja siivous. Vähiten kiinnostivat kattotyöt. Lisäksi kyselyissä tutkittiin kiinteistön sijainnin, asuntojen lukumäärän ja talotyypin vaikutusta kiinnostukseen. Kyselyistä selvisi, että eniten kiinnostukseen vaikuttaa kiinteistön sijainti. Asuntojen lukumäärä ja talotyyppi eivät vaikuta merkittävästi kiinnostukseen. Haastatteluiden keskeisin havainto oli, että isännöitsijät eivät halua sisällyttää lisäpalveluita kiinteistönhuoltosopimuksen kiinteään hintaan vaan maksaa niistä käytön mukaan. Lisäksi haastatteluissa selvisi, että toteutettavan palvelun koko vaikuttaa siihen, miten hinnoittelun kanssa halutaan toimittavan.
Keskeisinä johtopäätöksinä ja kehitysehdotuksina ovat, että toimeksiantaja aloittaa tuotteistusprosessin kiinnostavimmista palveluista. Tuotteistusprosessi voitaisiin aloittaa tekemällä jokaisesta tuotteistettavasta palvelusta tarkka kuvaus. Toimeksiantajan on tärkeää keksiä tapa, jolla lisäpalvelut lopulta saadaan hinnoiteltua siten, että ne hyödyttävät sekä yritystä että asiakkaita mahdollisimman hyvin. Tähän ratkaisuna voisi olla esimerkiksi kiinteistönhuoltosopimukseen neuvoteltava hintaliite....

This thesis subject is the Finnish Pentecostal Denomination’s General Data Protection Regulation. The new European Union data protection regulation will apply in the spring 2018 and will affect the Finnish Pentecostal Denomination. The purpose of the thesis was to be one of the denomination’s documents for developing its data protection regulation. If willing, the denomination can later decide to use this thesis findings and recommendations. The theory describes the data protection regulation from the denomination’s point of view and it also introduced some IT-security solutions. Later, four persons from the denomination were interviewed to obtain ideas as to how to organize the denomination’s data protection regulation development process in practice. The result of the thesis was that it showed the need for training and documents. Even though the churches are different, at the same time there is a lot of similarities, whereby common documents would help to develop activities in the direction of the regulation. The denomination’s office understands its responsibility for developing material, but the challenge is a lack of resources. Training has already been organized in co-operation with the denomination’s IK institute. One of the goals of this training has been to support the local churches’ own data regulation development process. It was also found, that the closed IT-systems for handling the persons data is one solution. It is already in use for the membership registration. For the other persons registers the denomination has started to use Microsoft Office 365 environment, which can be used for building closed electronic environment for other registers. Also, local churches own the 365-environment development process and it is supported. This can be done by using Microsoft’s Non-profit program, where churches can use Office 365 environment free of charge. The appointment of the Data Protection Officer is considered important. A common solution is needed. In the future, it is critical to get the data protection solution that has been gained from the training or otherwise discussed together. After that the data protection can be implemented for the denomination. This will require the support of the leadership and use of shared media and forums. Later it’s suggested, that the leaders would commit to the data regulation development process, developing documents and training even more. New computer program and cell phone application with the interface for local registration office for membership registration could also be created. It could also deal with the members rights....

The study investigates whether the process could be streamlined by reducing the contact volumes between customer service and the back office by clarifying service and support processes without undermining the level of customer service. The thesis has been carried out mainly as a qualitative study, but also quantitative study methods have been applied. The data used in this research includes case company’s written guidelines, support requests and discussions with the staff regarding the subject. Based on the results of the study there are a few focus points that have been chosen as main development targets. The instructions need to be clarified to support the daily work. Markkinointi-ideoita Suomen jalkapallomaajoukkueen kannattajien jäsenhankinnan kehittämiseksi

Tässä opinnäytetyössä tarkastellaan Suomen Maajoukkueen Kannattajat ry:n, eli SMJK:n historiaa ja nykytilaa, minkä perusteella pyritään löytämään uusia keinoja ja vaihtoehtoja yhdistyksen markkinointiin ja erityisesti jäsenhankintaan. Kyseessä on Suomen jalkapallomaajoukkueen kannattajayhdistys, jonka jäsenmäärä on viime vuosina ollut hieman laskussa.
Opinnäytetyön tietoperustana on käytetty erityisesti urheilumarkkinointiin sekä yhdistystoimintaan liittyvää kirjallisuutta. Opinnäytetyön keskeisessä osassa on toimeksiantajasta tehty nykytila-analyysi.
Kehittämisideoita on pyritty löytämään hyödyntämällä opinnäytetyössä käsiteltyä teoriaa ja nykytila-analyysiä sovittamalla ne SMJK:n strategian mukaiseen viitekehykseen.
Kehittämisen apuna on käytetty perinteisiä kehittämismenetelmiä, kuten vertaisanalyysiä samankaltaisten yhdistysten kanssa sekä SWOT-analyysiä erottelemaan yhdistykseen liittyviä vahvuuksia, heikkouksia, mahdollisuuksia ja uhkia.
Suurena haasteena SMJK:n kannalta on pidetty riippuvuutta jalkapallomaajoukkueen peliesityksistä. Viime vuosina peliesitykset ovat olleet heikkoja, ja jäsenmäärä on laskenut tasaisen varmasti. Jäsenmäärä tulisi saada vakaalle tasolle, ettei oltaisi niin riippuvaisia maajoukkueen menestyksestä. Helpommin sanottu kuin tehty, mutta tämä opinnäytetyö antaa työkaluja, joilla yhdistys voi piristää seuraavien vuosien markkinointiaan sekä tapahtumasuunnitteluaan maajoukkueen menestyksestä riippumatta....

Ehdotuksia sosiaalisen median käyttöön kiinteistönvälitysyritykselle

Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli luoda ehdotuksia parempaan sosiaalisen median käyttöön kiinteistönvälitysyritykselle. Toimeksiantajana toimi pienikokoinen, pääkaupunkiseudulla vaikuttava kiinteistönvälitysyritys. Tavoitteena työlle oli löytää kanavat, jotka palvelisivat parhaiten juuri kyseisen alan yritystä, ja antaa ehdotuksia niiden sisältöön.
Opinnäytetyössä aiheeseen perehdyttiin alaa sekä markkinointia koskevan lainsäädännön kautta, haastattelemalla toimeksiantajayrityksen toimitusjohtajaa, arvioimalla sosiaalisen median kanavia SWOT-analyysillä sekä tutustumalla valittuihin alan kilpailijoihin vertaisarvioinnin avulla.
Kanaviksi valikoituivat jo yrityksen käytössä olevat Facebook, Instagram sekä YouTube, ja uutena lisäyksenä mukaan valittiin Pinterest, sillä sen odotettiin tuovan sosiaalisen median markkinointiin lisäarvoa. Valittuihin kanaviin tehtiin sisältöehdotuksia saadun tietopohjan perusteella.
Opinnäytetyö annettiin toimeksiantajan käyttöön sen valmistuttua. Opinnäytetyön antamien ehdotusten avulla yritys pystyisi jatkossa halutessaan kehittämään sosiaalisen median käyttöään....
