The objective of this thesis project was to create a guide for establishing an electronic accounting company. In the thesis report the requirements for the establishment of an electronic accounting company were investigated. The subjects reviewed in the thesis report include different company forms and which one of them could be the best option to choose when setting up an electric accounting firm. The thesis report also investigates the process of founding a company, compares two types of electronic financial management software, and explores different ways of customer acquisition and accounting firm pricing methods. In addition, the report includes the results of an open interview with a professional from an electronic accounting company, which offers a more experienced perspective on the subject area. An attempt is made to review all the relevant aspects of setting up an accounting company in the report. The description of setting up an electronic accounting company outlined in the report will serve as a broad and comprehensive tool for anyone interested in setting up their own electronic accounting company. The necessary actions in the establishment have been described as clearly as possible. Both printed and electronic sources were used in the thesis. During the thesis process it became clear that when founding an electronic accounting company there are multiple alternatives, and no one solution can be suggested as to the best choice of company form to be adopted, or electronic software to be used as a working tool, or which pricing method would be the most profitable. Rahastosäästäjän tekemät virheet

Perinteinen talousoppi, katsoo, että sijoittajat toimivat rationaalisesti. Viimeisen 40 vuoden aikana on kuitenkin noussut uusi koulukunta, behaviorismi, joka katsoo, että markkinoiden anomalioita voidaan selittää sijoittajien irrationaalisuudella. Behavioristit tulkitsevat, että sijoittajien alitajunta aiheuttaa nämä anomaliat markkinoilla. Tässä opinnäytetyössä on tarkoitus kartoittaa millaisia behavioristisia virheitä rahastosäästäjät tekevät ja mikä näitä virheitä aiheuttaa. Työssä pohditaan myös, miten virheitä voitaisiin estää.
Työn teoriaosuudessa kuvataan behaviorismin suhdetta perinteiseen rahoitukseen, tarkastellaan miten näkemykset pyrkivät selittämään markkinoilla havaittuja anomalioita ja mitä hyötyä on tuntea behavioristisia virheitä. Teoriassa määritellään teemat, joiden pohjalle kaikki ajatusvirheet rahastosäästäjällä rakentuvat ja käydään läpi joitakin virheitä esimerkkien avulla. Työn teoria pohjautuu pääosin 2000-luvulla julkaistuihin tieteellisiin teoksiin.
Työn tutkimusosuudessa haastateltiin kolmea rahastosäästäjää, jotka kuvailevat haastattelussa omia ratkaisujaan. Haastattelut olivat teemahaastatteluita. Haastatteluista saatua aineistoa analysoitiin behavioristisesta näkökulmasta. Behavioristisia virheitä on tutkittu pääosin laboratorio olosuhteissa. Tämän työn tutkimuksessa näitä virheitä pystyttiin tunnistamaan myös rahastosäästäjän oikeasta käyttäytymisestä. Tutkimustulosten analysoinnissa havaittiin monia viitteitä behavioristisiin virheisiin, osa vahvempia ja osa heikompia. Tärkeintä on kuitenkin ymmärtää, että behavioristisia virheitä tapahtuu ja ensimmäinen askel niiden estämiseen on tutustua teoriassa määriteltäviin virheisiin. The purpose of this thesis was to develop work well-being at advertising agency Kari Eklund - DM Oy. The aim was to examine the current state of work well-being and to create improve-ment proposals which can improve the work well-being at this company. The aim was to find helpful tips and proposals for the manager and employees for improving work well-being at workplace. The aim was to find most topical and important improvement targets and improvement proposals for them. The aim was not to solve every problem at once, but to make realistic improvement proposals. The theoretical framework of this thesis consisted of theory about work well-being which was divided to four different sectors. In this thesis work well-being was handled from physical, mental, social and psychological perspectives. The theoretical framework handled also topics such as the significance and benefits of work well-being for the company. The theory also consisted of the factors which can improve the work well-being. In this thesis those factors were separated to same four different sectors. The theoretical framework contained also a part which explained what an actual work well-being program contains. The purpose of the theoretical framework was also to share information about work well-being with the employees of the company. To find out the state of work well-being and to discover possible needs for improvement a qualitative research was carried out with an e-mail questionnaire. The questionnaire was sent by e-mail to all company’s employees. The questions of the questionnaire were sorted by the same four themes as in the theoretical framework. Themes were also used in the analysis of the results. Improving work ergonomics, organising development discussions and improving the work atmosphere were found to be the most important improvement needs according to the results of the e-mail questionnaire. The first improvement suggestions were that occupational health’s physiotherapist would be invited to the work place to check all the work chairs and tables. As an acquisition electrical adjustable tables was suggested. The second suggestion was that planned and regular development discussions would be held by the manager. A work atmosphere survey was suggested to lift the atmosphere. By means of the survey employees would be able to develop the atmosphere by themselves....

CRM-järjestelmän hyödyntäminen urheilumarkkinointiyrityksessä

Tämän opinnäytetyön aiheena on Microsotf Dynamics CRM-järjestelmän käyttöönotto urheilumarkkinointiyrityksessä. Opinnäytetyöni tavoite on kehittää Starsquad Oy:n myyntiprosessia. Tehtävänäni on löytää myynnin ja asiakkuudenhallintajärjestelmän mahdolliset ongelmakohdat ja saada ratkaisut niihin. Tutkimusongelmani on, miten uudella CRM-järjestelmässä voitaisiin kehittää yrityksen myyntiprosessia ja lisätä kokonaismyyntiä.
Opinnäytetyö toteutettiin kvalitatiivisena tutkimuksena haastattelemalla Starsquadin toimitusjohtajaa ja muita työntekijöitä. Lisäksi tutkimukseen käytettiin asiakkuudenhallintaan ja muutosjohtamiseen liittyvää kirjallisuutta sekä kohteena olevan CRM-järjestelmän kuvausta.
Tutkimuksen perusteella uuden järjestelmän selviä vahvuuksia on kaiken myynti- ja asiakastiedon saaminen samaan järjestelmään. Lisäksi lukuisat uudet ominaisuudet mahdollistavat tehokkaamman myyntiprosessin ja paremman käytettävyyden. Tästä ovat tärkeimpiä esimerkkejä reaaliaikainen tapahtumien ylläpito, ennustava myyntianalytiikka, räätälöity asiakkuudenhallinta ja erilaiset mittaristot tavoitteiden asettamiseen ja seurantaan.
Suurimmat haasteet tulevat olemaan käyttöönottoprosessissa, joka on organisaation koko huomioiden suuri projekti ja vaikuttaa koko organisaation toimintaan. Teknisen projektinhallinnan lisäksi huomiota tulee kiinnittää muutosprosessin huolelliseen suunnitteluun ja läpivientiin. Lyhyellä tähtäimellä myös kustannukset nousevat sekä projektin aiheuttaman lisätyön että vaativamman ylläpidon johdosta. Projektin käyttöönoton jälkeen ylläpidon aiheuttama lisätyö kuitenkin tasaantuu myös oppimisen myötä ja kustannukset tulevat takaisin lisääntyneen myynnin myötä.
Tutkimus osoittaa, että uuden CRM-järjestelmän avulla Starsquad pystyy lisäämään kokonaismyyntiään ja tehostamaan myyntiprosessiaan paremmalle tasolle. Haasteena näin pienessä yrityksessä tulee olemaan ohjelman käyttöönottoprosessi ja miten Starsquad selviää muutoksesta....

The purpose of this thesis was to draw up a business plan for the company Hauhelp. Hauhelp has specialized in the re-training and obedience training of problem dogs, as well as the improvement of cooperation between people and dogs. The purpose of Hauhelp is to expand and develop the company's already existing rehabilitation activities by increasing the use of donkeys. Rehabilitation together with donkeys is intended for people with mental or motor skills problems. The thesis focuses on business-relevant areas, which in this case were the business idea, values, vision and mission, the customers and income streams of expanding activity, and risk management. Interviews were also used to investigate the suitability of a donkey for therapy, as despite the search, no similar activity was found in Finland. In addition, it was necessary to find out how to develop an old business using various tools. The knowledge base of this thesis was obtained from various printed and online literature and expert opinion. The printed and online sources were carefully chosen to make the information as relevant as possible. The owner of HauHelp, Susanna Gustafsson, supplied information about the company and the donkeys. The chairman of The Finnish Donkey Society, was also interviewed. Horse riding therapist, who works at the Paloniemi Hospital in Lohja, provided reliable information on riding therapy and what kind of help people can get through the therapy. The author has personal experience of the rehabilitation path and other issues related to rehabilitation. In the selection of research methods, literature on qualitative research methods was used and e-conomic Internet pages. Relevant literature was also used in preparing the business plan. The business plan was developed on the basis of the information obtained from the interviews and the basis of theoretical facts to respond as much as possible to the wishes of both HauHelp and its customers. The business plan describes an existing company's expansive business and focuses on its development. The business plan was drawn up in close co-operation with Susan Gustafsson, the owner of HauHelp. A comprehensive baseline analysis was carried out for the expandable business using the Business Model Canvas model and SWOT analysis. In the analysis the donkeys were compared to horses to provide a realistic picture of the possibilities of using them in rehabilitation. The horse is most similar to a donkey and therefore quite comparable. The outcome of the project was a business plan that is a handy and a versatile tool that allows Gustafsson to easily acquire bigger customers and finance their own business....

The goal of this thesis was to create a practical business model for future ecological textile print company, which would provide personalized ecological textile products to customers. The thesis was not commissioned by a company, so its main purpose is provide the author with useful knowledge, skills and practice in order to establish a potential company. The thesis report utilises the theoretical framework of the Business Model Canvas with its nine different sections of theory and theoretical models of practical implementation. The empirical part describes how the establishing of a company would work in practice, with benchmarking used here as a research method. In addition the thesis reports the comments of a business representative on each decision generated by the business model. The outcome of the thesis project is a business model to guide the setting of the company. From the result it can be seen that the new company’s business model offers a solid basis for further development and research for a business plan. The current Land Use and Building Act came into force in 2000, while replacing the earlier building law. The renewed law sought to better respond to today's needs and at the same time, environmental awareness along with construction, also increased the permission procedure for building permits and land acquisition. For this reason, the goal of the work is to clarify the process related to the land acquisition and building permit as well as any potential problems related to it. The goal of the thesis is to help illustrate the potential challenges, opportunities, responsibilities and consequences involved in a project like this. The theoretical part of the Bachelor's Thesis is mainly based on legislation and sources of law and regulations have been used as sources along with the literature in the field. The most important legislation in the work is the Land Use and Building Act and the Code of Real Estate.The theoretical section includes, (in addition to up-to-date legislation),information about the land acquisition and the construction permit. This part of the theory was compiled through the literature of the industry and the Hyvinkää city model of operation. The purpose of the theoretical part is to give the reader a comprehensive view of what is involved in land acquisition and obtaining a construction permit. As a research method, the thesis has been implemented on a legal basis and so the work is mostly based on existing legislation. Behind the idea of an exploratory part was the author's own interest in the subject. After graduating from the construction branch in 2014, interest in construction-related regulation also aroused the author's enthusiasm. Because of the previous background, the work has been implemented based on legislation, however it has been carried out as pragmatically as possible. The work contains most of the solutions required for acquiring a plot, especially when applying for a municipality or a city. In addition, the thesis addresses the criteria for the construction permit and the steps related to the application process, up to the granting of a construction permit. The related application procedures are outlined and the work seeks to cover all of the most significant steps in the process. Lastly, the work addresses the problem areas identified by literature and discusses their starting points and presents solutions related to them. Thus, it can be stated that regulations partially rule the process very carefully, although sometimes a private person’s knowledge of his responsibilities can be seen as lacking. As a conclusion, the solution to this issue could be found through the development of a new type of permission procedure. In addition, it was found that transferring responsibility to municipalities and cities could possibly simplify the process and some of the elements causing this problem could be delimited....

The goal of this thesis is to study different things how customers see and feel about the food webshop. The goal is to find out the customers’ experience at the food webshop. In other words how they experience different aspects in it. This thesis was made in co-operation with shopkeepers from Finlands metropolitan area. This group includes shopkeepers from Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa. The purpose is not to develop weshops but to give shopkeepers information how their customers feel about the food webshop. If they want to develop then shopkeepers can use these results to do it. The theoretical framework of this thesis examines the concept of customer experience in real world and in digital world. It is important to understand different aspects in cutomers experience if you want to imrpove your business. Customer experience as a term is described in different forms and there is not one single meaning for it. The customer experience in digital world is reflected from real life customer experience but it has been taken into account how to use different platforms and internet skills. Improving and creating customer experience is important part of customer experience so the framework has contents about it too. Webshop is also part of the framework in this thesis to keep in mind how webshops work. This is an empirical thesis so semi-structured interviews were used to gain knowledge from customers themselves. Interviews were held in a hallway where customers walked to the grocery store. Customers had either heard of or used the food webshop. Semi-structured interviews gave knowledge about how customers feel about food webshop. Interview response gave information about how different life situations have different effects on attitude towards food webshop. For example people with big families would use webshop to make their everyday easier but they still have some uncertainty about food in web. The biggest issue is fresh products like meat and vegetables because people want to feel and see them for themselves. Some customers have lots of time to go to grocery stores and it is one of their everyday rutine. This is one reason they don’t want to use food web-shop. There was a extra question regarding the possibility that webshop can create the same experience than physical shop. Answers were give from edge to edge. Some think that it is possible in the future and some thought it is never possible. In this thesis one must take into consideration that every answer were peoples own thoughts so you can’t use them to generalize anything. But the answers created good base on how customers see food webshop. The life situation and rutines have impact on how people act where they go shopping. Every food webshop is different but they work on the same principle. Their main reason to exist is to make customers life little easier....
The goal of this thesis is to study different things how customers see and feel about the food webshop. The goal is to find out the customers’ experience at the food webshop. In other words how they experience different aspects in it. This thesis was made in co-operation with shopkeepers from Finlands metropolitan area. This group includes shopkeepers from Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa. The purpose is not to develop weshops but to give shopkeepers information how their customers feel about the food webshop. If they want to develop then shopkeepers can use these results to do it. The theoretical framework of this thesis examines the concept of customer experience in real world and in digital world. It is important to understand different aspects in cutomers experience if you want to imrpove your business. Customer experience as a term is described in different forms and there is not one single meaning for it. The customer experience in digital world is reflected from real life customer experience but it has been taken into account how to use different platforms and internet skills. Improving and creating customer experience is important part of customer experience so the framework has contents about it too. Webshop is also part of the framework in this thesis to keep in mind how webshops work.
