Tabio-tablettitelineen markkinointisuunnitelma

Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli luoda markkinointisuunnitelma uuden tuotteen lanseeraamiseen markkinoille Syypuu nimiselle pienyritykselle. Lanseerattava tuote on uudenlainen käsityönä valmistettu tablettiteline, jolle on annettu nimeksi Tabio. Markkinointisuunnitelman tarkoitus on toimia oppaana tuotteen lanseeraamisessa ja markkinoinnin toteuttamisessa. Suunnitelmalle asetettuja tavoitteita ovat yrityksen sekä Tabion tunnettavuuden lisääminen, brändin luominen sekä myynnin edistäminen. Suunnitelmassa on lisäksi huomioitu lanseeraamiseen liittyvät asiat, kuten hinnoittelu ja myyntikanavat.
Tutkimusongelmana opinnäytetyössä oli Tabion käyttäjäkokemuksen selvittäminen, sekä tulevan myyntihinnan määritteleminen. Tutkimusongelmien ratkaisemiseen käytettiin menetelminä teemahaastatteluja sekä benchmarkingia.
Teoreettinen osuus opinnäytetyöstä käsittelee laajasti markkinointia ja sen suunnittelua, nykytila-analyyseja ja tuotteen käyttäjäkokemusta. Erityisesti on kiinnitetty huomiota sosiaalisen median tietoperustaan. Teoria perustuu kirjallisuuteen ja ajankohtaisiin sähköisiin lähteisiin.
Markkinointisuunnitelman laatimisen apuna on käytetty työn teoriaosuutta, tutkimusmenetelmien tuloksia, niiden johtopäätöksiä ja nykytila-analyyseja mahdollisimman kattavasti. Näiden tietojen pohjalta luotiin markkinointisuunnitelma vuodelle 2017 tammikuusta eteenpäin. Markkinointisuunnitelma sisältää kattavan läpileikkauksen valituista markkinoinnin keinoista, markkinointikanavista, erilaisista toimenpiteistä ja niiden aikatauluttamisesta. Lisäksi erityistä huomiota kiinnitettiin lanseeraamiseen liittyviin tekijöihin, kuten myyntihintaan ja myyntikanaviin. Minorities as customers of the Social Insurance Institution The subject of this thesis was to research the customership of minorities in the Social Insurance offices in Finland. The purpose of this study was to find out whether a group of managers of the Social Insurance Institution considers their customer service staff to have adequate capacities to serve the linguistic and cultural minorities or is further introduction needed. The concept of minority refers to the small group of people, that stands out from the rest of the population of some properties, such as different native language, culture or religion. The theoretical framework of this thesis dealt with tasks of Social Insurance offices, different minorities in Finland and the customership of the minorities in Finland. The research of the thesis is quantitative. A quantitative research was chosen because the basic set desired was big and spread throughout the territory of Finland. The empirical data was collected by using an electronic questionnaire. It was sent to a group of 46 managers of the Social Insurance Institution and 29 of them responded to the questionnaire. The final response rate was about 63 %. The respondents have participated in the study anonymously and it is not possible to identify them from the answers. According to this survey it is possible to make cautious conclusions that the language skills and the cultural knowledge of the customer servants in Social Insurance Institution are pretty good. More than half of the respondents opined that the possible problems that the customers of different minorities run into during running errands are mainly related to the problems of communication. Almost all respondents considered the lack of know-ledge of customer servants in cultural matters a rare or an uncommon cause of unnecessary collisions in customer service situations. It also seems that serving customers of different minorities is more stressful if the number of the customers of a certain minority is smaller....

The aim of this thesis is to explore how insurance conditions should be interpreted and applied based on legislation, legal practice and principles of contractual law. The interpretation of insurance conditions is investigated with a focus on personal accident insurances. Insurance contracts primarily use standard terms that are set by the insurer. In relation to the insurance conditions attention has been paid to the fact that the familiarisation of the terms is often inadequate. To add to this, the terms of insurance are often exhaustive and obscure for the client. This is why conflict can easily arise on the interpretation of insurance conditions between the insurer and the insured. This thesis employs a juridical research method. The main sources for the theoretical part of the thesis include legislation regarding voluntary insurances, various materials on drafting of legislation as well as legal literature on contractual and insurance law. In the research part of the thesis precedents of the Supreme Court and recommended decisions of the Insurance Complaints Board were used as sources. The same principles and norms of interpretation are applied to insurance contracts as to other contracts under the law of property. Insurance contracts are to be interpreted objectively and the basis of this interpretation is assumed to be the wording of the terms. The limited interpretation of restricting conditions and in dubio contra stipulatorem have emerged as the central principles of interpretation of the standard term. Compensation disputes regarding personal accident insurances have often to do with the fulfilment of the defining characteristics of an accident. In the insurance conditions an accident is generally defined as to signify a sudden and external event that causes bodily harm and is beyond the control of the insured. In case law it is regarded that all requirements that are inherent to the definition of an accident must be fulfilled in order for insurance compensation to be carried out. In cases where any additional internal factor has affected the extent of the incident, the compensation is to be paid to the extent that the incident is caused by the accident....

The thesis was executed for the Tikkurila campus of Laurea University of Applied Sciences and the purpose was to develop work community communications and investigate how to make the personnel aware of the Green Office (GO) in an efficient manner. Moreover, the thesis project examined how to make the personnel more committed to the program and how to improve communication interactions. Based on the results obtained a communication plan was established for the deployment phase of the Green Office program. In the theoretical framework, both older and newer theories of work community communications were examined. The broadest theory discusses work community communications and its new agenda and in addition its related communality. In addition, at the beginning there is a brief introduction to the organization's environmental responsibility questions. The research methods were chosen based on the goal of the thesis. A three-step research method was used with benchmarking, expert interviews, and a workshop. The Green Office environment program is a new operating model to the campus, so the use of benchmarking and learning from others was justified. An expert interview was held with two professionals of communications. With the aid of the professionals’ opinions, the results were credible. Because the thesis was limited to the staff, a workshop was held for the personnel on the campus. This allowed the thesis project include the staff's opinions in the results. Based on the results communication plan was established for the deployment phase of the Green Office environment program at the Tikkurila campus. The communication plan includes the aim, content, target groups, timetable, channels, actions, responsible personnel, feedback and the evaluation. The communication plan works as a tool for the Green Office team at the start of the program. Different areas of communication have been taken account diversely and the research includes new and peculiar approaches and operating models. Communication took into account interactions and the material was collected via three-step research method. The Green Office team can use the plan later as a help when the program progresses, and it can be used as a support template when creating communication plans for other targeted groups. With the aid of the results internal communication can be viewed and developed because the study raised general issues related to the subject.
