Myynnin asiakaslähtöinen kehittäminen palvelumuotoilun avulla : case: Fysio Akatemia

Tämän opinnäytetyön aiheena on myynnin kehittäminen palvelumuotoilun avulla. Työn toimeksiantaja on järvenpääläinen fysioterapia-alan yritys Fysio Akatemia. Työn tavoitteena on kartoittaa yrityksen myynnin tämän hetkinen tila, analysoida tärkeimmät kehityskohdat ja esittää konkreettisia keinoja myynnin kasvattamiseksi.
Opinnäytetyö on luonteeltaan toiminnallinen ja sen teoreettinen pohja koostuu myynnin ja palvelumuotoilun teorioista. Teoriaa etsittiin sekä suomen- että englanninkielisistä lähteistä, niin painetussa kuin sähköisessäkin muodossa. Lisäksi perehdyttiin toimeksiantajan asiakastietokannasta saatavaan informaatioon. Työn tutkimuksellinen osuus suoritettiin käyttämällä palvelumuotoilun eri työkaluja. Ensimmäisenä yrityksen asiakkaat luokiteltiin eri tarpeiden mukaan Personas-profilointimenetelmällä. Sen jälkeen perehdyttiin asiakkaan kulkemaan palvelupolkuun eli tapahtumaketjuun ensikontaktista palvelun ostamisen loppuun saakka. Tässä apuna toimi Customer Journey Map-työkalu. Lisäksi suoritettiin benchmarking, jossa omaa toimintaa verrataan toisen yrityksen toimintaan ja pyritään tällä tavoin löytämään parhaat toimintatavat.
Tutkimusten perusteella voidaan nostaa esiin ostovoimainen 50+- ikäisten asiakassegmentti, johon myyntitoimenpiteitä ehdotetaan suunnattavan. Lisäksi selvisi, että kehitettävää on yleisesti yrityksen tunnettuuden, työntekijöiden myyntitaidon sekä jälkimarkkinoinnin suhteen. The purpose of this thesis was to study how money has evolved and influenced the society during its existence. This thesis has explored the development of coins and banknotes from their invention to this day. At the same it explores how they have changed and what benefits they have brought. Also we look into some of the problems they have faced. Also we look into some newer forms of money like charge cards and virtual money. As a result of urbanization, the role of city organization as a service provider is transforming. The private sector takes more essential status as the city areas will rely more on multi-actor approach in service production. The city organization will not provide all the services by itself but acts as a purchaser of the services. Different services are bought from the private organizations and the public organization’s role is to take responsibility and act as the highest decision maker. The cities will transform into collaboration networks aimed to enhance the city’s service production, living conditions and business opportunities. The differences between the public and private sector include problematics in their collaboration. The public procurement, strong regulation, jurisdiction and slow, strongly bureaucratic processes make the collaboration difficult. Therefore, the new mechanisms and approaches to collaborate effectively are needed. In this scene, “smart city” and “open innovation platform” in city identification and branding terminology have become very popular, but still there is no permanent definitions for them. In this context the open innovation platform is defined as a mechanism, which works as a tool to create innovative solutions a city’s problems, needs and challenges through co-creation. The main element is the collaboration between the different actors in the city, for example, from the public sector, private sector, third sector, research and development departments, universities, citizens and citizen associations. The purpose of the thesis is to create a governance model for the city organization on how to administer the innovation platform as a part of the city’s strategy. The thesis will define the actors in the collaboration model, how they can participate and what the relations be-tween them and the city are. Also problematics in this collaboration will be examined. The main reference material of the thesis is a project by the R&D department of Laurea University of applied sciences: “Open Service Innovation and Production in a Smart City: Concept and Model for Public Government Decision Making." The research project examined the frameworks of the possibilities to create an open innovation platform and a governance model for it. The data includes concrete cases and in-depth expert interviews. As a result, the thesis includes functional examples and models for governing the innovation platform and the possible methods for different actors to participate in it. The study will create both, scientific and practical value for researchers, municipalities and other actors benefitting from city development and enhancement....

The study subject was Company X´s for financial services internal customer satisfaction with the services provided for financial services. Customer satisfaction is a very important part of the organization’s activities because without satisfied customers the operation is not long-lasting. The purpose of the study was to identify the internal customers, i.e. the company’s employee satisfaction with the services provided for financial services. The results of the study can be used, for example, with staff training and improving the quality of customer service. The theory in this study was research methods, especially qualitative research method, and another important theory was customer satisfaction. These were chosen because they are closely related to the topics of research. Research was performed as an in-depth interview to the selected persons. A framework of ten questions was used as the basis of the in-depth interviews. Questions were changed a little, depending on every interview. All interviews were held anonymously so that answers could not link any person afterwards. Duration of interviews was approximately 40 minutes. Interviewees thought very similarly about the current situation and hoped for improvements to similar things. Improvement were hoped for particularly to Call Centers long waiting time and the fact that future financial services assignments could be done in one go, rather than to have to wait for the solutions awfully long time. The interviews also showed, that the personal phone response time of financial services staff was very short. That results of the research are useful for company’s financial services. Measures required for the improvement of customer satisfaction such as additional training of the staff, can be started on the basis of thesis. Development proposals are easily applicable to the company’s operations and customer satisfaction can be improved even with small changes. Development proposals are delivered to the client of thesis and initialization of proposals, if possible, is recommended. Results of the thesis are useful and workable for the organization. The thesis process has been consistent and has proceeded clearly forward as well as being made independently....

Taloyhtiölainalaskennan muistisäännöt kirjanpitäjälle

Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena on tuoda esiin Pohjois-Tapiolan Isännöinti Oy:n hoitoon siirtyneiden uusien asiakasasunto-osakeyhtiöiden lainalaskennassa tapahtuneita virheitä ja tätä kautta luoda yritykselle yleiseen käyttöön tuleva toimintamalli lainaosuuslaskentaan. Tutkimukselle selvitettiin lainalaskennan kohtia, jossa virheet tapahtuvat, minkä tyyppisiä ne ovat sekä mitkä seikat ovat virheisiin johtaneet. Lisäksi tutkimuksella tuotiin esille tapoja, joilla lainanhallintaan liittyviä riskejä voidaan pienentää.
Tutkimustyypiksi valikoitui tapaustutkimus, johtuen aineiston tapausluontoisuudesta. Tutkimusaineistona toimi kolme Pohjois-Tapiolan Isännöinti Oy:n asiakkaaksi siirtynyttä asunto-osakeyhtiötä, joiden lainanhallinnassa on havaittu virheitä siirtymävaiheen yhteydessä. Tutkimuksessa on käyty läpi tutkimuskohteiden lainaosuus- ynnä muita taloyhtiölainoihin liittyviä laskelmia ja verrattu niiden laatimistapaa valitsevassa käytössä oleviin laskentamalleihin, jotta tutkimuskohteista on voitu havaita virheitä. Lisäksi esitettyjen väittämien tueksi on haastateltu toimeksiantajayrityksen isännöitsijää, jolla on pitkä kokemus taloyhtiölainalaskelmista.
Tutkimuksen tuloksena havaittiin useita yhtäläisyyksiä tutkittavissa lainoissa tapahtuneista virheistä, mutta myös yksilöllisiä pienempiä virheitä. Suurimmat lainanhallintaan liittyvät virheet olivat kuitenkin hyvin samankaltaisia tutkimuskohteissa ja ne konkretisoituivat, kun osakkaalle oli laskettu lainaosuus. Havaintojen perusteella laadittiin niin sanottu muistilista helpottamaan lainaosuuslaskennan prosessin läpivientiä kirjanpitäjälle. Samaa listaa voidaan myös käyttää uusien työntekijöiden perehdyttämiseen lainalaskentaprosessiin. Tutkimuksen johtopäätelmänä tultiin tulokseen, että taloyhtiölainoja ja niiden hallinnassa esiintyviä virheitä olisi syytä tutkia lisää tulvaisuudessa....

The purpose of this thesis was to improve cleanliness and order by implementing the 5S method in Salmisaari power plant’s maintenance spare parts warehouse owned by Helen Oy. Helen Oy is energy sector company owned by city if Helsinki. Development work was to implement the 5S method. The Examination purpose was research those aspects which have an influence on 5S method implementation. 5S is method which bring order and cleanliness in work environment. The Research method was action research. The project was started by studying and observing the current state of the warehouses. The examination and observations were carried out jointly by the logistics manager and the warehouse manager in 2015, when it was observed that the warehouses had accumulated too much material over the years. A decision was made to introduce the 5S method in the spring of 2016. The method was implemented by utilising 5S training materials, researching Lean and 5S literature and getting the participants of the 5Straining to fill in questionnaires. The result of research was finding barriers, which was slowing down to 5S method implementation. The results were the implemented 5S method in the pilot area, as well as monthly team meetings which that handleled 5S and continuous improvement. Further development requires feedback on the method, as well as the commitment of the entire organization to the 5S methodology in order to ensure the 5S method is implemented in all of Helen Oy’s spare parts warehouses....

Sisältöstrategian luominen Suttisen tilalle

Opinnäytetyön aihe on sisältöstrategian luominen Suttisen tilalle. Tavoitteena on luoda strategia, jonka avulla yritys voi tuottaa oikeanlaista sisältöä myös sesongin ulkopuolella. Kehityskohteena oli sisällöntuottaminen sosiaalisen median kanavissa, Facebookissa ja Instagramissa. Toimeksiantajana toimii Simo Laakso, joka toivoi opinnäytetyön tavoitteeksi näkyvyyden saamista yritykselleen.
Aihe sai alkunsa tarpeesta yhdistää sisältömarkkinointi ja maatalousosaaminen toimivaksi kokonaisuudeksi. Teoriaperusta pohjautuu sisältömarkkinoinnista, sisältöstrategiasta ja sosiaalisen median markkinoinnista kertoviin kirjallisiin teoksiin ja sähköisiin lähteisiin. Lisäksi toimeksiantajan antamia materiaaleja on käytetty työssä.
Tutkimusmenetelminä käytettiin benchmarkingia, siihen sisältyvää haastattelua, tilastoanalyysiä sekä netnografista havainnointia. Vertailu ja haastattelu tehtiin Ratia Ranchista. Netnografinen havainnointi yhdistettiin benchmarkingiin ja tilastoanalyysiin.
Tulokseksi saatiin, että suosituimmat aiheet olivat tuotteisiin sekä ympäristöystävällisyyteen liittyvät julkaisut. Näkyvyyttä tulee mitata puolen vuoden välein muun muassa Facebook-mittaustyökalun avulla. Jatkuvuus molemmissa kanavissa lisää näkyvyyttä ja sisältöjen julkaisut kannattaa ajoittaa alkuviikolle, kello 21 – 22 välille.
Tulosten perusteella luotiin sisältöstrategia. Strategia otti huomioon yrityksen osaamisen eli kärjen, informaatioikkunan, strategian jalkauttamisen sekä sen mittaamisen. Lisäksi strategia otti kantaa sisältöaiheisiin, kommentteihin vastaamiseen sekä kritiikin käsittelyyn. Tavoittava sisältö houkuttelee asiakkaita tutustumaan yritykseen kun taas sitouttava tekee asiakkaasta kuluttajan yrityksen sisällöille.
Yhdistämällä Facebookin ja Instagramin, Suttisen tila säästää aikaa, mutta saa samalla sisältöä molemmille kanaville. Kaikkiin kommentteihin tulee vastata, myös negatiivisiin. Kritiikki tulee käsitellä heti, jos mahdollista.
Suttisen tilan olisi vaikea tuottaa oikeanlaista sisältöä potentiaalisille asiakkailleen ilman sisältöstrategiaa. Ilman strategiaa yritys ei pysty tuottamaan sellaista sisältöä, joka saisi näkyvyyttä sesongin ulkopuolella. Käyttämällä sisältöstrategiaa, Suttisen tila löytää myös uusia aiheita ja inspiraatiota sisällöntuottamiseen....
