The assignment of this thesis was to develop a key partnership event for Laurea University of Applied Sciences students. The goal was for the event to increase the visibility and familiarity of Laurea's key partner companies among Laurea's students. The second purpose of the event was to offer students opportunities to create networks and promote their own careers. This thesis was implemented as a practical thesis. The theoretical reference framework of the thesis dealt with event production, theme interviews and practical thesis. The emphasis of the information base was strongly on the theory of event production. Theme interviews were used as a development method in the work. For the thesis, five people were interviewed related to events and event production. Based on the interviews, I developed a new event concept that combines utility and entertainment, Avainkumppani Approt. The basic idea of the event is based on the appro concept, which is popular among students. The idea is that Laurea's key partner companies set up event points on Laurea's campuses, which students go around and collect performance marks. At event points, companies present their own activities, do recruitment work, and share their marketing material. In addition to the event concept, the thesis includes an estimate of the event's work-force needs, a preliminary budget and the schedule of the event day. If implemented, the event would create new added value for students, key partner companies and Laurea University of Applied Sciences. The added value is come into existence because the event concept combines a career event and a student event in a new, experiential way. Organizing the event still requires further development and more detailed planning. The planned concept is feasible and in line with the set goals....

The objective of this thesis was to explore how the target company, Wonderland Coworking, can leverage TikTok to increase visibility, strengthen brand image, and reach a new target audience as part of its marketing strategy. The objective of the development task was to launch the client company's TikTok account, implement content strategy and ideas based on research findings and establish clear operating procedures for ongoing account maintenance. The theoretical framework of the study examines the current state, trends, and consumer behavior of social media marketing, with a focus on TikTok's role as a social media platform and its marketing opportunities. The research was conducted as a qualitative study, employing two methods for data collection: thematic interviews and benchmarking analysis. The thematic interviews aimed to investigate the target group's TikTok usage patterns, preferences, and perceptions of businesses on the TikTok platform. The benchmarking analysis, on the other hand, examined the content production of businesses that have achieved high visibility on TikTok. The findings of the thesis align with the theoretical foundation regarding the type of content the target audience prefers to watch on TikTok and the type of videos that interests the viewer. Based on the theoretical framework and research data, the goal is to create content that is both entertaining and informative, encouraging users to engage by liking, sharing, and commenting. The strategy is to provide valuable information on specific topics in a fun and entertaining manner, thereby fostering user engagement with the content. This strategy aims to enhance content visibility and reach a broader audience. In addition to likes, building a sustainable follower base is crucial.
