Osallistavan taiteen monialainen koulutus : Case: Hyvinvoinnin välitystoimisto

Abstract

Tämä opinnäytetyö tutustuttaa lukijan kulttuuri- ja hyvinvointialojen väliseen yhteistyöhön selvittäen monialaisen osallistavan taiteen täydennyskoulutuksen sisällöllisiä tarpeita. Työn tilaajana on Humanistisen ammattikorkeakoulun TKI-keskuksen koordinoima Hyvinvoinnin välitystoimisto -hanke.

Hyvinvoinnin välitystoimisto on 2015 alkanut ESR -rahoitteinen osallistavan taiteen hanke. Hanke on kolmivuotinen, jonka aikana hanke toteuttaa kaksi vuoden kestoista osallistavan taiteen täydennyskoulutusta Turussa, Lappeenrannassa ja Jyväskylässä. Koulutukset on suunnattu sosiaali- ja terveys sekä kulttuurialojen ammattilaisille.

Hyvinvoinnin välitystoimiston täydennyskoulutus järjestetään ensimmäisen kerran syksyllä 2015. Koulutuksen sisällön kehittäminen vastaamaan osallistavan taiteen kentän toimijoiden todellisia tarpeita on tärkeää ja ajankohtaista osallistavan taiteen tullessa yhä yleisemmäksi hyvinvointialoilla. Eri aloilla toimivien henkilöiden lähtökohdat ja näkökulmat monialaiseen työskentelyyn ovat erilaisia ja niiden selvittämisen tarvitaan tietoa jokaiselta alalta.

Työn tuloksena on tutkimustietoon perustuvat kohdat, jotka osallistavan taiteen kentälle valmentavan koulutuksen tulee sisältää vastatakseen alalla toimivien tarpeita. Työn tavoitteena oli kerätä aloilta luotettavaa tietoa, jonka avulla täydennyskoulutuksen sisältöä voi kehittää. Kokosin aineistoa kulttuuri- ja sote-alalta kahden kyselyn sekä haastattelujen kautta. Työn tavoitteet toteutuivat ja lopputulema antaa osallistavan taiteen alalle konkreettista tietoa, miten monialaista yhteistyötä voi osallistavan taiteen kentällä lähteä rakentamaan ja mitkä ovat ne taidot, joita eri alojen ammattilaiset tarvitsevat työssään osallistavan taiteen parissa.

This thesis introduces the reader to the cooperation between welfare- and culture sectors. The aim of the thesis is to explore the needs of the multidisciplinary education of applied use of art. The client of the thesis is a project of applied use of art, called Welfare agency (Hyvinvoinnin välitystoimisto). The project is coordinated by the Humanistic University of applied sciences.

The Welfare agency -project has started in 2015 and it is funded by the European social fund. The project is running for three years in which there will be one year educations that will run twice in Turku, Lappeenranta and Jyväskylä. The training is for culture-, and health care -professionals.

Welfare agency`s education is held in autumn 2015 for the first time. To make the education content to meet the real need of the field of applied art is important and current now that the use of applied art has become more common on the field of welfare sector. Perspectives of the culture and welfare -sector workers are different. To find the keys to the successful collaboration of the two working fields there is need to do research from both of the sectors.

The result of this work is based on the research knowledge. As the result there is placed information of what should the Welfare agency`s education of applied art include to fill the needs of the field of applied art.

The aim was to collect reliable information from the both fields to tell how to develop the education. I gathered the material from culture and welfare -sectors through interviews and questionnaires.

The aim were achieved and the result provides information of how to advance collaboration between culture and welfare -sectors and what are the skills that professionals from different working fields need to have to be able to work together and to make it possible to arrange activity of applied art to the welfare sector.
