Ruiskupuristimen automatisointi

Abstract

Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli mitoittaa ruiskupuristimen sulkuvoima ja suunnitella ruiskupuristimen automatisointi Teknikum Oy:lle. Suunnitelma pitää sisällään robotin liittämisen ruiskupuristimeen, tuotteen irrotuksen ja robotin tarttujan suunnitelman. Suunnitelman lisäksi tehtiin kustannusarvio tarvittavista komponenteista. Raportin valmistuessa uusi automatisointiin tarkoitettu muotti ei ole vielä ajossa ja näin ollen suunnitelman toteutusta ei ole vielä voitu testata.

The Purpose of this final year project was to measure the clamp force of an injection molding machine and to plan automation of the injection molding machine for Teknikum Oy. The plan includes attachment of a robot to the injection molding machine, detachment of the product and the plan of robot’s grabbing unit. In addition to the plan, cost estimate was made concerning components needed. The new mold for automation is not ready when this report is finished therefore the execution of the plan is not possible yet.
