Valvomonäyttöjen piirto-ohje Alcont-automaatiojärjestelmään

Abstract

UPM-Kymmene Oyj:n Kajaanin yksikölle laadittu insinöörityö koostuu kahdesta eri osiosta. Ensimmäinen osio painottuu yleiseen teoriaan valvomonäytöistä. Toinen osio käsittää työn suorittavan osuuden eli valvomonäyttöjen piirto-ohjeen. Työn tarkoituksena on tarjota selkeä piirto- ja suunnitteluohje jo aiemmin Alcontautomaatiojärjestelmää käyttäneille. Luettavuuden parantamiseksi ohjeesta ei ole tehty liian yksityiskohtaista, vaan on pyritty siihen, että siitä löytyisivät vain piirtäjien sekä suunnittelijoiden kannalta olennaisimmat asiat. Piirto-ohjeen lisäksi työ sisältää toimivan näyttöhierarkian sekä komponenttikirjaston suunnittelun UPM-Kymmene Oyj:n Kajaanin yksikölle. Valvomonäyttöjen suunnitteluun ei ole olemassa standardia tai yksityiskohtaista ohjetta. Tästä johtuen piirto-ohjeeseen on sovellettu SFS-standardeja prosessikaavioille, niiden piirrosmerkeille ja prosessien virtausaineille. Standardien sekä muiden saatavilla olevien ohjeiden soveltamisessa on myös otettu huomioon tehtaalla aiemmin vallinnut käytäntö. Ohjeen ei ole tarkoitus olla liian määräävä, vaan suunnittelijalle jätetään mahdollisuus poiketa ohjeesta tilaajan hyväksymällä tavalla.

This final year project was done to UPM-Kymmene Oyj Kajaani, and it includes two separate units. The first unit includes the common theory of monitoring room displays. The second part covers the project, more accurately a drawing guide for monitoring room displays. The purpose of the project was to provide a clear drawing and design guide to people who have used the Alcont automation systems before. The aim was to avoid too detailed a guide, and therefore only the most important things that drawers and designers may need were included in the guide. The project also includes a design of the functional display hierarchy and the component library. There are no standards or detailed guides to design monitoring room displays. Therefore the SFS-standards were applied. The earlier protocol applied in the company was also taken into account. The guide is not supposed to be too accurate, but there is room for designers to do changes based on the customers‘ needs.
