ShX huolto-ohjeen kehittäminen

Abstract

Tämä insinöörityö tehtiin Helen oy:lle. Yritys tarvitsi absorptiojäähdytyskoneisiin yhtenäisen huolto-ohjelman, joka yhtenäistää huoltojen toteuttamisen sekä toteuttaa kunnonseurantaa. Yrityksellä ei ole aikaisemmin ollut sellaista.

Työn tavoitteena oli huoltojen yhtenäistämisen sekä kunnonarvioinnin lisäksi myös lisätä ja laajentaa absorptiojäähdytyskoneen prosessituntemusta yrityksen sisällä. Työssä esitellään erilaisten absorptioprosessien toimintaa sekä perehdytään yleisimpiin absorptiojäähdytysprosessissa käytettäviin nestepareihin ja niiden ominaisuuksiin. Työssä tutkitaan jäähdytyskoneiden kunnonhallintaa kartoittamalla mahdollisia paikkoja, joissa korroosion muodostuminen alkaa. Jäähdytyskoneiden suunnitelmallisella kunnonseurannalla voidaan luoda pitkän aikatähtäimen kunnossapitosuunnitelma, jossa pyritään ennakkoon määrittämään huoltoa tarvitsevat kohteet.

Työn lopputuloksena saatiin laadittua yrityksen käyttöön huolto-ohjelma. Huolto-ohjelma huomioi myös liuosanalyysin tulokset sekä tarvittavien lisäaineliuosten lisäämisen jäähdytyskoneiden sisälle. Huolto-ohjeen lisäksi luotiin korroosiokuvaus ja kunnontarkkailuohje sekä ohje, joka perehdyttää jäähdytyskoneella ajamiseen.

This Bachelor´s thesis was made for Helen Ltd. The company needed integral maintenance instructions for absorption chillers that integrate the execution of the services as well as put into practice the control and monitoring of their condition. The company has never had these instructions before.

The target of this Bachelor´s thesis was standardization of the services and in addition to the estimation of the condition to increase and expand the knowledge of processing for the absorption chillers inside the company. This Bachelor´s thesis introduces the different kinds of the functions in the absorption process as well as examines the general liquid pairs used in absorption cooling during the process and their qualities. Furthermore, the condition control of the chillers is analyzed by surveying the potential places in which the development of the corrosion begins. A well-organized condition control of cooling machines can contribute to the creation of a long-term maintenance program which can be used for defining maintenance targets in advance.

As a result the maintenance instructions were made for the company. The maintenance instructions take notice of the results of the liquid analysis and adding the additive lotions that are needed inside the chillers. In addition a description of the corrosion process was created and the instructions for the control and inspection of condition were made. Instructions how to use the chillers were also made.
