Varaosien hallintajärjestelmä

Abstract

Työssä tutustuttiin hyvän varaston ominaisuuksiin ja siihen, mitä hyötyä yritykselle on toimivasta varastointijärjestelmästä. Työssä tutustuttiin Käyttöauto Oy:n Kauhajoella toimivan toimipisteen varastoratkaisuihin ja kehitettiin ratkaisuja epäkäytännölliseksi muuttuneen varaston kehittämiseksi. Kehittämistä varastossa vaati varaston yleinen järjestys ja sen ylläpitäminen. Varaston tuotteet eivät täysin enää vastaneet huollossa ja korjauksissa käyvien autojen ikäluokkaa, joten siihen pyrittiin saamaan muutos. Varastosta poistetuille vanhentuneille osille kehitettiin sellainen hävittämiskeino, etteivät osat mene täysin hukkaan. Varastoinventaarion tekemistä pyrittiin helpottamaan keinoilla, jotka eivät aiheuta yritykselle lisäkustannuksia. Varaosien uudelleensijoittelulla pyrittiin saamaan aikaan se, ettei varaosia joudu erehdyksessä väärille hyllypaikoille sotkien siten varaston saldoja.

The thesis introduced the characteristics of a good storage and how a company benefits from a working storage system. The work introduced the storage solutions of Käyttöauto Oy in Kauhajoki and came up with solutions for developing the storage, which had become impractical. Development was needed in the order of the storage as well as in its maintaining practices. The products in the inventory were not in the same category as the vehicles that visit the shop for service. The expired products that were removed from sale needed to be disposed in such a way so that the products did not go to waste. The storage inventory work had to be made as easy as possible without making any extra costs for the company. Misplacing of the spareparts can be avoided by allocating new locations for the spare parts.
