Sähkömoottoreiden testipöytä

Abstract

Opinnäytetyön aiheena oli suunnitella ja rakentaa sähkömoottoreiden testipöytä Witron On Site Servicen käyttöön. Tässä opinnäytetyössä käydään läpi testipöydän koko valmistusprojekti. Testipöydän lisäksi opinnäytetyössä käydään läpi epätahtimoottoreiden ja servomoottoreiden teoriaa. Lisäksi työssä tutustutaan myös sähkömoottoreiden käynnistystapoihin ja niiden ominaisuuksiin.

Opinnäytetyö aloitettiin testipöydän sähkösuunnitelmien valmistamisella. Sähkösuunnitelmat työhön tehtiin Cads planner - ohjelmalla. Suunnittelussa oli tärkeintä se, että laitteesta saadaan yksinkertainen ja turvallinen käyttää. Sähkösuunnitelmien lisäksi työ piti sisällään sähkökeskukseen tulevien komponenttien tilaamisen ja laitteen rakentamisen.

Laitteiston rakentaminen sisälsi sekä mekaanisen että sähköisen rakentamisen. Mekaaniseen osuuteen kuului sähkökeskuksen painonappien sekä muiden komponenttien paikalleen laitto. Sähköiseen rakentamiseen puolestaan kuului sähkökeskuksen johdottaminen sekä laitteiston parametrisointi.

Työn tavoitteena oli valmistaa toimiva testipöytä, jolla voidaan kokeilla erilaisia sähkömoottoreita ja niiden toimintaa. Moottorien toimivuuden kokeilulle on tarvetta, koska yritys suorittaa pieniä huolto- ja korjaustoimenpiteitä sähkömoottoreille muun toimintansa ohella. Tämän vuoksi on tärkeää, että moottorin toimivuus päästään kokeilemaan ennen kuin se viedään takaisin käyttöpaikallensa. Opinnäytetyön lopputuloksena on sähkömoottoreiden testipöytä ja sähköpiirustukset kyseiseen laitteeseen.

The purpose of this thesis was to design and build a test table for electrical motors. The test table will be used by Witron On Site Services. This thesis goes through the whole manufacturing project of the test table. In addition of the test table, this thesis also goes through the theory of asynchronous motors and servo motors. Also the work will introduce the starting of electrical motors and the features of them.

Thesis was started by the designing of the electrical pictures. Electrical pictures were made with Cads planner program. The most important thing in the electrical design was that the machine will be safe and easy to use. In addition of the electrical plans, the work included the ordering of the components and the construction of the device.

The construction of the device included the mechanical construction and the electrical construction. Placing all the push buttons and other component to the electrical center belonged in the mechanical part. In turn, the electrical construction included all the wiring and also the parameterization of the electrical center.

The target of the work was to produce a working test table, which can be used for testing different kind of electrical motors. There is need for the testing of the motors, because the company performs small maintenance and repair actions for the electrical motors among the other activities. Therefore it is important that the engine performance can be tested, before it is taken back to the place where it is used. The result of the thesis is a test table for electrical motors and electrical plans for the machine.
