Multimediaesitys osana yrityksen rekrytointiprosessia

Abstract

Tämä opinnäytetyö tehtiin Kemppi Oy:lle syksyn 2005 ja kevään 2006 aikana. Työn tarkoituksena oli tuottaa nykyaikainen ja mielenkiintoa herättävä multimediaesitys tuotannontyöstä, jota Kemppi Oy:llä tehdään. Multimedia koostuu useista eri elementeistä, joita yhdistelemällä saadaan aikaan visuaalisesti mielenkiintoisia ja informatiivisia tuotoksia. Teknologiateollisuudessa ja työolosuhteissa Suomi on Euroopan kärkimaita, joten osaavan henkilöstön saamisen turvaaminen on tulevaisuuden menestymisen avainkysymys. Osaavan henkilöstön rekrytointiin Kemppi Oy:lle suunnittelimme ja tuotimme dvd-formaatissa olevan multimediaesityksen, jolla saadaan tuotua visuaalisesti esille kaikki tuotannon eri työvaiheet. Tuotos toteutettiin käyttäen Adobe tuoteperheen eri ohjelmistoja. Ohjelmistoina käytettiin Photoshop CS2 -ohjelmaa kuvanmuokkaamiseen, Premiere Pro 1.5 -ohjelmaa videoleikkeiden editoimiseen ja Encore DVD 1.5 -ohjelmaa dvd:n koostamiseen. Suunnittelu toimi tärkeimpänä elementtinä tuotoksen toteutuksessa, suunnitteluun osallistui myös Kemppi Oy:n henkilöstöä. Multimedia liitettiin osaksi rekrytointiprosessia, jotta informaation jakamisesta tulisi tehokkaampaa ja mielekkäämpää. Multimedian käyttömahdollisuudet ovat lähes rajattomat, joten tuotoksen avulla Kemppi Oy:n tuotannontyö saadaan tulevaisuudessa esille myös muissakin tapahtumissa kuin rekrytointitilaisuuksissa.

This Bachelor's thesis was made between fall 2005 and spring 2006. Its purpose was to produce a modern and interesting multimediaprogram of Kemppi Corporations production work. Multimedia consists of several different elements and by linking them together it is possible to achieve visually interesting and informative productions. Finland is one of the top countries in Europe in technological industry and working conditions, so it is critical for corporations to secure their ability to get competent and skilled workers. This is essential for their competitiveness and success in the future. For recruiting skilled and capable workers for Kemppi Corporation a multimedia representation in DVD -format was made. This format enables a visual presentation of all the stages of production. The project was accomplished with the help of different Adobe programs. Photoshop CS2 was used for revising pictures, Premiere Pro 1.5 for editing video clips and Encore DVD 1.5 for constructing the DVD. Designing was the main focus of this product and some of the personnel of the Kemppi Corporation participated in it too.; The multimedia presentation was added as a part of the recruiting process to give information more efficiently. Furthermore, multimedia is a modern way to bring out issues that are not easily put to words. Multimedia has almost unlimited applications and the results of the study can be used in any situations where Kemppi Corporation's production is introduced.
