Testauslaitteisto henkilöstön rekrytointiin

Abstract

Tämä opinnäytetyö käsittelee rekrytointia ja henkilöstön testausta. Opinnäytetyö tehtiin syksyn 2006 ja kevään 2007 välisenä aikana. Tarkoituksena oli kehittää tehokkaita välineitä sopivien työntekijöiden rekrytointiin Kemppi Oy:lle, joka on suurin hitsauskoneiden valmistaja Suomessa. On välttämätöntä rekrytoida kyvykkäimmät työntekijät, jotta korkeateollinen yritys pystyy säilyttämään kilpailullisen vahvuuden. Aluksi tietoa rekrytointiprosessista kerättiin kirjallisuudesta. Tämän tiedon pohjalta oli mahdollista luoda apuvälineitä rekrytointiprosessiin. Päätarkoituksena oli kehittää oikeaan hitsauskoneeseen perustuva erityinen testauslaite henkilöstön testausta varten. Rekrytointiprosessin tueksi tehtiin myös kysymyssarja sekä multimediaesitys DVD-muodossa. Kemppi Oy tarjosi työkalut ja työtilat projektin tarpeisiin. Adobe Photoshop CS2 -ohjelmaa käytettiin kuvankäsittelyyn. Encore DVD 1.5 -ohjelmaa käytettiin DVD:n koostamiseen. Premiere Pro 1.5 -ohjelmaa käytettiin editoimiseen sekä raa'an videomateriaalin ja medialeikkeiden leikkaamiseen. Multimediaesitys esittelee itse testauslaitteen ja työtehtävien esimerkkisuorituksen, joka tehdään testauksen aikana. Kysymykset ilmaisevat potentiaalisen hakijan tietämystä sähköstä. Tehtävä testaussuorite osoittaa, kuinka tehokas ja pystyvä hakija on kokoonpano-osaston tarpeisiin.

Testing equipment for recruiting personnel. This Bachelor's thesis deals with recruiting and testing people. Thesis was made between fall 2006 and spring 2007. The purpose was to develop efficient instruments for recruiting suitable workers for Kemppi Corporation, a major producer of welding machines in Finland. It is necessary to recruit the most capable employees for highly industrial corporation maintain competitive strength. First the information about the recruiting process was gathered from literature. On the basis of this data it was possible to create aids for recruiting process. The main target was to develop special testing equipment based on a real welding machine for testing people. A limited number of questions and a multimedia presentation in DVD-format were also made to support the recruiting process. Kemppi Corporation offered tools and work premises for the needs of the project. Adobe Photoshop CS2 was used for image processing. Encore DVD 1.5 was used for combining the DVD. Premiere Pro 1.5 was used for editing and splicing raw video material and media clips. The multimedia presentation introduces the machine itself and a model accomplishment of duties which are made during capability testing. The questions probe potential applicant's electrical knowledge. Performing a task will show how effective and capable the applicant is for the needs of assembling department.
