Itselleluovutus Villa Aurora

Abstract

Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli esitellä toteutettu palvelutalokohteen itselleluovutusprosessi sekä tuoda esiin kohteen erityispiirteitä itselleluovutusta silmälläpitäen. Tämän lisäksi tarkoituksena oli myös käydä läpi löydettyjä virheitä sekä pohtia kehityskohteita konsernin toimintatapoihin.

Työssä on käytetty lähteinä rakennusalan kirjallisuutta, internetistä löytyvää materiaalia, sekä alan opinnäytetöitä. Itselleluovutus toteutettiin työmaalla Haahtelan Vipu-ohjelmaa käyttäen. Työssä on läpikäyty myös kohde-esittely, aliurakoiden itselleluovutus sekä kohteen erityispiirteet ja niiden vaikutus itselleluovutukseen.

Työn tuloksena on esitetty ehdotuksia itselleluovutuskäytäntöjen yhtenäistämisestä ja prosessin tehostamisesta.

The aim for thesis was to present self-inspection process for assisted living building and discuss special features concerning self-inspection. A further aim was also to consider sources for the inspected faults and develope tools for self-inspection process in corporation.

Field-related literature, the Internet and theses on the subject were used as source material. Selfinspection was carried out in site using Haahtela Vipu -program. The thesis presents the builded site, self-inspection for subcontractors, special features of the site with their impact for selfinspection.

The final result for thesis is the presentation for unifying the ways for self-inspection and means to make the entire process more efficient.
