Suurten yritysten energiakatselmusten tuotteistus

Abstract

Tämä insinöörityö tehtiin Raksystems insinööritoimisto Oy:lle.

Insinöörityön tavoitteena oli luoda yritykselle uusi energiakatselmustuote, joka täyttää 1.1.2015 voimaan tulleen energiatehokkuuslain asettamat vaatimukset pakollisille suurten yritysten energiakatselmuksille.

Alussa tutustuttiin lakeihin ja asetuksiin, jotka määrittävät katselmoinneille asetetut vaatimukset. Niiden perusteella luotiin tarvittavat raporttipohjat yrityksen energiakatselmuksille ja kohdekatselmuksille. Lisäksi luotiin asiakasmateriaaleja helpottamaan asiakkaan ja katselmoijien yhteistoimintaa.

Usein esiin tuleville potentiaalisille energiasäästötoimenpide-ehdotuksille ja elinkaarilaskennalle luotiin myös laskentapohjia, joiden on tarkoitus tehostaa katselmoijien ajankäyttöä katselmusten raportointivaiheessa.

Työn tuloksena saatiin kehitettyä uusi toimiva suurten yritysten energiakatselmustuote oheismateriaalineen ja raportointia tehostavine laskentapohjineen.

The goal of the bachelor’s thesis was to create a new energy survey product which would be in accordance with the energy efficiency act of January 2015. The act requires large-scale enterprises to perform an obligatory energy survey.

At the beginning of the final year project, acts and regulations which define the requirements for an energy survey were examined. On the basis of the requirements, the necessary report templates for energy surveys of enterprises, as well as for property-specific energy surveys were created. In order to facilitate the co-operation between customers and people performing energy surveys, customer material was also created.

Calculation templates were made for common energy-saving proposals, as well as for life cycle calculations. The calculation templates are intended to increase the effectivity of reporting by cutting the time needed for it.

The result of the bachelor’s thesis is a new and functional energy survey product for large scale enterprises with customer materials and calculation templates. It will be used widely by the commissioning company.
