Kunnossapitojärjestelmän käyttöönotto opetustarkoitukseen

Abstract

Tämän työn tarkoituksena oli ottaa käyttöön kunnossapidon tietojärjestelmä Ammattiopisto Lappian rikastustekniikan koulutuskeskuksen Pilot-rikastamossa. Pilot-rikastamo on pienoismalli kaivosteollisuudessa käytetyistä prosesseista. Opinnäytetyön toimeksiantajana oli Ammattiopisto Lappian Rikastustekniikan koulutuskeskus (RikasTek).

Työ rajattiin koskemaan kolmea pääprosessia: murskaus, jauhatus sekä rikastus ja edellä mainittujen prosessien laitteita. Opinnäytetyössä oli tarkoitus määrittää rikastamon laitehierarkia, sekä tehdä laitemääritykset toimeksiantajalta saaduista dokumenteista sekä Pilot-rikastamosta otetuista valokuvista. Tiedot kerättiin Excel-taulukkoon, josta ne siirrettiin kunnossapidon tietojärjestelmä Artturiin.

Opinnäytetyössä saavutettiin sille asetetut tavoitteet. Lopputuloksena saatiin kunnossapitojärjestelmä Artturiin ensimmäinen versio laitepaikka ja laitehierarkiasta sekä muutamista varaosista sekä ennakkohuolto-ohje Pilot-rikastamoon. Työssä määritellyt päälaitteet vastasivat todellisuutta eli sitä, millainen laitehierarkia kunnossapidon tietojärjestelmässä tulee olemaan. Tulevaisuudessa laitehierarkiaa täydennetään kaivostekniikan opettajien ja oppilaiden toimesta.

The Purpose of this work was to introduce a maintenance information system in the Lappia mining concentration plant. The Lappia mining concentration plant is a scale model of the processes that are used in the mining industry. The thesis was commissioned by the Enrichment Technology Training Center (RikasTek) at the Vocational College Lappia.

The work was limited to the three main processes: crushing, grinding and enrichment processes and the above mentioned devices. In this work the purpose was to define the concentrator of device hierarchy and to make the product specifications on the documents received from the principal and the pictures that were taken at the Lappia mining concentration plant. The data were collected in an Excel table where from they were transferred to the maintenance system Artturi.

The thesis achieved its objectives. As a result, the maintenance system Artturi received the first version of the pilot plant, device location and device hierarchy, as well as a few spare parts, as well as preventive maintenance instructions in the mining concentrator plant. The main equipment specified in the work corresponded to the reality, so what kind of device hierarchy maintenance information system will be. In the future, the device hierarchy is supplemented by the mining technology teachers and students.
