Vanhempien ja päiväkodin yhteistyö : Poikkijoen päiväkodin toimintaan liittyvä asiakaskysely

Abstract

Opinnäytetyöni pohjautuu asiakaskyselyyn, mikä on suunnattu Poikkijoen päiväkodin vanhemmille. Kyselyn kautta on selvitetty Poikkijoen päiväkodin asiakkaiden näkökantoja ja toiveita lapsen arjen kehittämiseksi ja tukemiseksi. Kysymykset on jaettu kolmeen osa-alueeseen, kasvatuskumppanuus, pienryhmätoiminta ja erityisen tuen tarve lapsen arjessa.

Opinnäytetyöni teoriaosuudessa käsittelen kasvatuskumppanuuden, pienryhmätoiminnan ja erityisen tuen tarpeen määrittelyä. Näiden osa-alueiden avulla selvitän vanhempien osallisuutta kasvatuskumppanuuteen lapsen kasvussa ja kehityksessä. Opinnäytetyössäni selvitän mitä tietoa he tarvitsevat saavuttaakseen parhaan huolenpidon lapselleen. Opinnäytetyönä toteutin kyselyn, minkä tuloksena sain vanhempien näkökantoja ohjeelliseksi tiedoksi päiväkodille.

Kyselyssä on selvitetty vanhempien toiveita ja palautteiden kautta olen koonnut yhteenvedon vanhempien toiveista ja ideoista, jotka voidaan sisällyttää tukemaan päiväkodin toimintaan jatkossa.

Kyselyn tulokset kertovat suoraan vanhempien kiinnostuksen, jaksamisen ja tietoisuuden lapsensa kasvusta ja kehityksestä. Kyselystä ilmenee yhteistyön kehittämisen tarpeen pääpiirteet vanhempien ja päiväkodin välillä. Kyselyn mukaan vanhemmat ovat yhteistyöhaluisia. Tietoa on vähän ja yhteistyötä tarvitaan ja halutaan lisää päiväkodin ja vanhempien välille.

My thesis is based on customer a enquiry enquiry which is directed to the day care center Poikkijokis parents. The enquiry’s idea was to find out the day care center Poikkijokis parents views and wishes about children’s everyday activity . The are divided into three (3) different sections: educational partnership, small group activi-ties and needs of special care in the child’s everyday life.

The theoretical part of my thesis deals with the definitions of educational partnership, small group activities and special care. By these sections I explain the parents’ in-volvement in the development of the child’s growth and the knowledge they need to have in order to achieve the best possible growth development for their child. The parents’ points of view, acquired by the enquiry, are indicative knowledge for the daycare center.

from the feedback from the enquiry I have gathered a summary of the parents’ wishes and ideas that can be used and included to support the day care centre activi-ties in the.

The results of the enquiry show the interest, endurance and awareness of the child’s childs growth and development and also the need for developing the cooperation of parents and daycare center. The awareness There is very little knowledge, more co-operation is needed and wanted between the parents and the day care center.
