Pelastussuunnitelma

Abstract

Tämä toiminnallinen opinnäytetyö käsittelee asiakasturvallisuutta, henkilöstöturvallisuutta ja kiinteistö ja toimitilaturvallisuutta sekä niiden edistämistä motivoituneen ja ravintolan turvallisuustoimiin koulutetun henkilökunnan avulla Lahden ydinkeskustassa sijaitsevassa baari ja yökerho Onnelassa. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli luoda uusi pelastussuunnitelma baari ja yökerho Onnelalle. Pelastussuunnitelma toteutettiin keväällä 2007 yhteistyössä ravintolan johdon ja henkilökunnan kanssa. Pelastussuunnitelma on tehty pelastuslakia ja valtioneuvoston asetusta pelastustoimesta noudattaen. Työtä tehtäessä on otettu huomioon henkilökunnan toiveet sen esitysmuodosta. Työ antaa ravintolan koko henkilökunnalle selkeän kuvan heidän vastuistaan ja tehtävistään ravintolan jokapäiväisen turvallisuuden ylläpitämiseksi ja edistämiseksi. Työ sisältää myös toimintaohjeita uhka ja vaaratilanteiden varalle sekä niiden ennaltaehkäisemiseksi. Opinnäytetyön produktiosio eli pelastussuunnitelma on laadittu niin, että se toimii kertausmateriaalina ja selkeänä toimintaoppaana ravintolan henkilökunnalle. Produktia laadittaessa on myös huomioitu sen käyttö apuvälineenä perehdytettäessä uusia työntekijöitä ravintolan turvallisuustoimiin. Tietoperustaa käsittelevässä osassa käydään läpi pelastuslain ja valtioneuvoston asetuksen pelastustoimesta asettamat vaatimukset pelastussuunnitelmalle ja sen toteuttamiselle. Lakien ja asetusten lisäksi opinnäytetyön teoriaosuudessa on käsitelty ravintolan turvallisuutta kirjallisuuslähteiden ja erilaisten verkkojulkaisujen pohjalta. Lisäksi opinnäytetyö sisältää yritysesittelyn ja kuvauksen työn tavoitteista ja arvioinnin työn onnistumisesta. Opinnäytetyön produkti on toteutettu casena Lahden baari ja yökerho Onnelaan eikä se näin ollen toimi yleispätevänä oppaana kaikissa ravintoloissa.

The subject of this functional thesis is customer safety, personnel safety and property and premises safety. The thesis also handles improving these sectors of safety with the help of motivated and safetytrained personnel at The Bar and Night Club Onnela, located in the centre of Lahti. The goal was to create entirely new rescue plan for The Bar and Night Club Onnela. This thesis was made in cooperation with the management and the personnel of the case restaurant in spring 2007. This rescue plan follows the Finnish rescue law and the decree of rescue services. The personnel's wishes guideline the presentation form. The rescue plan gives the personnel a clear picture of what their responsibilities and duties are in maintaining and enhancing the safety in the restaurant. The rescue plan gives guidelines for measures to handle threat, risk and danger situations and also policies for preventing them. This thesis is divided into two parts: theory and product. The product part is composed to work as a policy guide, but also as a review material for the personnel. The product part also serves as an introduction and orientation material for new employees. The theory part presents the rescue law and the decree of rescue services. The theory part also processes in short the theory and literature and other information sources of enhancing different safety sectors in restaurant. Further, the theory part includes introduction of the case restaurant, introduction of the aims of the thesis and evaluation of the success of the thesis. The thesis was made as a case in The Bar and Night club Onnela in Lahti and therefore it is not universally applicable in all restaurants.
