Perustettavan tilitoimiston suunnittelu ja kannattavuus

Abstract

Tässä opinnäytetyössä selvitetään tulevan tilitoimiston perustamisprosessi ja arvioidaan laskelmien avulla sen kannattavuutta. Työssä tutkitaan, kuinka yrityksen eli tässä tapauksessa tilitoimiston perustaminen etenee toiminimen ja osakeyhtiön osalta. Huomioon otetaan valtion tuet ja niiden saamisen edellytykset. Lisäksi opinnäytetyössä kartoitetaan perustettavan yrityksen mahdollinen tuleva asiakaskunta. Tilitoimiston perustamista kuvataan erityisesti yrittäjän näkökulmasta.

Opinnäytetyö on laadullinen eli kvalitatiivinen tutkimus. Teoriaosuus koostuu viidestä eri osiosta, joissa käsitellään tilitoimiston perustamista vaihe vaiheelta. Tutkimuksen alkuosassa käsitellään tilastotietoa ja arvioidaan yrittäjältä vaadittavia ominaisuuksia, jonka jälkeen tarkistellaan valtion tarjoamat palvelut ja tuet. Opinnäytetyössä tutkitaan myös toiminimen ja osakeyhtiön perustamisprosessia ja niiden verotusta sekä pohditaan yrittäjän sosiaalisen turvan järjestämistä. Menetelmäosio koostuu liiketoiminta-suunnitelmaan tarvittavista laskelmista ja haastattelujen analysoinnista. Tutkimuksessa selvitetään myös kirjanpitopalvelun tarjontaa venäjänkielisille asiakkaille.

Tutkimusmateriaalina käytetään alan tuoretta kirjallisuutta ja luotettavia verkkolähteitä. Jotta opinnäytetyöhön saatiin mahdollisimman kattava materiaali, laadittiin kyselylomake, jossa haastateltavilta kysyttiin tutkimuksen kannalta merkittäviä ja oleellisia kysymyksiä. Erään tilitoimiston yrittäjää haastateltiin avoimella haastattelulla, ja mahdolliselle asiakaskunnalle tehtiin strukturoitu haastattelulomake, jossa oli annettu valmiit vaihtoehtovastaus kohdat.

Opinnäytetyön johtopäätöksenä voidaan pitää sitä, että pienen tilitoimiston perustamiseen on ajankohtainen tarve. Laskelmien avulla arvioitiin rahantarve ja kyselyjen kautta selviteltiin asiakkaiden toivomukset tulevalle tilitoimistolle.

The objective of his thesis was to study the process of establishing of an accounting firm and evaluate its profitability with the help of calculations. It was examined how the establishment of the firm, in this case the accounting firm, proceeded in relation to proprietorship and limited liability company. The state support was taken into account and the conditions for utilising it were discussed. In addition, in the thesis the potential future customer base of the established firm was identified. The establishment of the accounting firm was described, in particular, from the perspective of the entrepreneur.

The thesis was a qualitative study. The theoretical part consisted of five different sections, which dealt with the establishment of the accounting firm step by step. The first part of the study dealt with statistical data and assessed the required characteristics of the entrepreneur, then checked the service and support offered by the state. This thesis also examined the process of establishing a proprietorship and a limited liability company in terms of the taxation. Also reflected on the arranging of the entrepreneur's social security. The method section consisted of business plan with the necessary calculations and the analysis of the interviews. The research also clarified the accounting service supply to the Russian-speaking clients.

The study material consisted of recent literature of the branch and reliable online sources. In order to provide the thesis with the most comprehensive material, a questionnaire was drawn up in which the interviewees were asked important and relevant questions in terms of the research. One accounting firm’s entrepreneur had been interviewed in an open interview, and the structured interview form was made for the potential customer base, with the alternative answer sections.

The conclusion of this thesis was that the establishment of a small accounting firm is current needed. The requirement for the investment was assessed with the help of calculations and customers' expectations for the future accounting company were cleared up through the surveys.
