Valtimon koulukeskuksen sähköurakan seuranta

Abstract

Opinnäytetyön toimeksiantaja oli Valtimon sähkötyö Oy. Valtimon kunnan koulurakennuksissa kärsittiin kosteusongelmista jo vuosien ajan, joten ne päätettiin purkaa ja rakentaa tilalle uusi koulukeskus. Koulukeskukseen rakennettiin modernit opetustilat luonnontieteen, kuvaamataiteen, musiikin ja käsitöiden opetukseen. Lisäksi rakennukseen tehtiin tilat esikoululaisille, ruokala keittiöineen sekä varavoimajärjestelmä.

Tämän opinnäytetyön aihe oli tehdä koulukeskuksen sähköurakasta kokonaisvaltainen seuranta aina tarjouslaskennasta itse koululle asennettavien sähköurakkaan kuuluvien järjestelmien esittelyyn. Materiaalia kerättiin asentajana koulutyömaalla työskennellessä kuvia ottamalla, sähkösuunnitelmia tutkimalla, itse asentamalla, muita työmaalla työskenteleviä henkilöitä haastattelemalla ja työpäiväkirjaa pitämällä. Lisäksi tutustuttiin yleisesti urakoinnin tärkeimpiin sääntöihin ja käytäntöihin käyttämällä kirjamateriaalina urakoitsijan YSE-opasta.

Työn tuloksena saatiin koottua koulukeskukselle asennettavat järjestelmät samaan tiivistettyyn tiedostoon, joten sitä voidaan käyttää jatkossa koululla huoltotoimenpiteissä. Lisäksi, koska koulukeskus oli Valtimon sähkötyö Oy:n tähän asti suurin yksittäinen urakka, voi yritys käyttää työtä jatkossa hyväksi samankaltaisissa urakoissa.

The client organization of this thesis was Valtimon sähkötyö Oy. For many years the school buildings of the town of Valtimo have been suffering from humidity problems. Therefore they were decided to be demolished and in replacement build a new school center. Modern education environments were built in the school center to teach biology, arts, music and handcrafts. In addition a classroom for preschool education, canteen with kitchen and a backup power system were built.

The purpose of this study was to carry out a comprehensive monitoring of the electricity contract working starting from the offer calculation all the way to presenting the systems belonging in the electricity contract work. The monitoring was done as a technician in the school worksite by taking pictures, investigating electrical plans, installing on one’s own, interviewing other workers around the worksite and writing a worksite journal.

The theoretical part was done by getting acquainted with the regulations and the customs referring to the YSE-guidebook for contractors as a literature source.

As the outcome of the thesis the installed systems were collected together in a one summarized file. Therefore in the future it can be used in maintenance procedures. Additionally because the school center was the biggest contract for Valtimon sähkötyö Oy so far, the company can utilize this study in making similar contracts.
