"Tervetuloa erityisryhmien kotikuntoutukseen" : Esite erityisryhmien kotikuntoutuksen asiakkaille Peruspalvelukuntayhtymä Kalliossa

Abstract

Peruspalvelukuntayhtymä Kalliossa alkoi keväällä 2017 uusi palvelumuoto erityisryhmille -kotikuntoutus. Opinnäytetyö on toiminnallinen ja työelämälähtöinen, jonka tavoitteena oli tuottaa esite asiakkaille uudesta palvelumuodosta ja siihen liitettävistä muista palveluista. Esitteen tarkoituksena on antaa asiakkaalle tietoa kotikuntoutuksesta sekä PPKY Kallion alueella tapahtuvasta muusta toiminnasta, mihin kotikuntoutuksen asiakkaat voivat osallistua. Uusille asiakkaille esite toimii infopakettina ja vanhoille asiakkaille siitä löytyy kattavasti, mutta tiiviisti tietoa eri toimijoista.

Opinnäytetyön ensimmäisessä teoriaosuudessa käsitellään yleisesti mielenterveyttä, mielenterveyshäiriöitä sekä mielenterveyskuntoutusta. Toisena teoriaosuutena on kotikuntoutus. Kotikuntoutuksesta kerrotaan niin yleisellä tasolla kuin PPKY Kallion omasta kotikuntoutuksen mallista sekä kotikuntoutuksen käytännön asiakastyöstä. Teoriaosuuden jälkeen esitellään prosessin kulkua sekä esitteen sisältöä ja rakennetta. Viimeinen luku käsittelee esitteen ja opinnäytetyön arviointia ja pohdintaa.

Esitteen rakennetta ja sisältöä tehdessä on otettu huomioon toimeksiantajan toiveet. Toimeksiantaja toivoi tiivistä, mutta kuitenkin kattavaa esitettä, jossa kerrotaan mahdollisimman laajasti kotikuntoutuksesta, PPKY Kallion järjestämistä tukipalveluista, muista alueen toimijoista sekä erityisryhmille tarkoitetuista etuuksista. Esite suunniteltiin asiakaslähtöisesti ensisijaisesti asiakkaiden käyttöön.

During the spring of 2017 a new form of service for mental health and substance abuse rehabilitees began in Kallio Federation of Municipalities: home rehabilitation. This thesis is functional and focuses on working life applications and its goal is to produce a brochure for customers about the new form of service and other services attached to it. The aim of the brochure is to give information to customers about home rehabilitation and other activities in the Kallio area that could be available to home rehabilitees. For new customers, the brochure works as an info package and for old customers it provides a compact, but comprehensive pack of information about different operators.

The first theoretical part of the thesis covers mental health, mental health disorders and mental health rehabilitation in general. The second theory part contains home rehabilitation. The second part will contain information about home rehabilitation in general as well as the Kallio model of home rehabilitation and practical work with customers. After the theoretical section, the process and the content and structure of the brochure are introduced. The final chapter will be an assessment and discussion of the thesis and the brochure.

The client’s wishes were taken into consideration while making the content and structure of the brochure. The client wished for a compact, yet comprehensive leaflet with information as broadly as possible about home rehabilitation, the support services provided by Kallio, other operators in the area and benefits for mental health and substance abuse rehabilitees. The brochure was designed first and foremost for customers to use.
