Metsänomistajan oikeudet ja velvollisuudet

Abstract

Opinnäytetyössä käsiteltiin keskeisimpiä metsänomistajan oikeuksia ja velvollisuuksia. Työ on toiminnallinen opinnäytetyö. Raportin lisäksi on tehty toiminnallinen osuus, blogi. Blogiin kirjoitettiin 13:sta metsänomis-tajaa koskettavasta aiheesta: sertifiointi, metsäverotus, uudistamisvelvoi-te, metsää vaivaavat tuhot, metsänkäyttöilmoitus, metsänhoitotyöt, kes-tävän metsätalouden rahoitustuki Kemera, metsälaki, maisematyölupa ja kaavoitus, luonnonsuojelulaki, jokamiehenoikeudet, harvennusvoimak-kuuden valitseminen sekä metsätuhojen torjuntalaki.

Työn tavoitteina oli hyödyntää mahdollisimman paljon koulussa opittua tietoa, luoda tuotos, josta olisi hyötyä myös muille sekä valmistaa työ-elämää varten.

Opinnäytetyön on koonnut kaksi metsätalouden insinööriopiskelijaa Hä-meen ammattikorkeakoulusta. Työllä ei ollut erillistä tilaajaa. Opinnäyte-työ valikoitui aiheeksi sen tärkeyden ja mielenkiinnon vuoksi.

Opinnäytetyön toiminnallinen osuus helpottaa aiheesta kiinnostuneita löytämään tietoa yksinkertaisessa muodossa ja yhdestä paikasta. Blogia voi hyödyntää tiedon etsimiseen, metsäkouluissa työskentelyssä sekä epä-selvien asioiden varmistamiseksi.

This thesis deals with the main rights and responsibilities of forest own-ers. This is a functional thesis. Thesis includes a report and the functional work, which is a blog. There are 13 different subjects in the blog that are important to forest owners. The subjects are: forest taxation, certificat-ion, responsibility for the regeneration obligation, forest damages, forest use declaration, forestry work, Kemera, the Forest Act, permits regarding the landscape and land-use planning, the Nature Conservation Act, everyman´s rights, how to harvest and the Forest Damages Prevention Act.

The goal in this thesis was to benefit everything we have learned in fo-restry education and create a product which can be used by other people and prepare us for the future jobs.

This thesis was done by two forestry engineer students from Häme Uni-versity of Applied Sciences. This theses did not have any commissioner. The subject for the thesis was chosen because it was interesting and im-portant.

The functional part of the thesis makes it easier to find facts in a simple form and they are found easily in one place. The blog can be used for fin-ding knowledge and it can be a part of forestry school working and if you have something you are not sure about you can check it from the blog.
