| dc.description.abstract | Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli tutkia esimiesten työhyvinvointia. Opinnäytetyöhön sisältynyt tutkimus toteutettiin kvantitatiivisena tutkimuksena. Aineistonkeruumenetelmänä käytettiin kyselylomaketta.
Tutkimuksen teoriaosuus koostuu esimiestyötä ja johtajuutta käsittelevästä kirjallisuudesta. Teoriaosuudessa käsitellään myös sitä, mitä aihealueita esimiestyöhön kuuluu sekä työhyvinvoinnin merkitystä. Lopuksi käsitellään tutkimustulokset. | fi |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of the thesis was to study the well-being of supervisors. The study included in the thesis was carried out as a quantitative study. As a material collection method,
a questionnaire was used.
The theoretical part of the research was collected based on various literature, studies and publications. The theoretical part deals with supervisor's work and leadership, the different themes in supervisory work and the importance of well-being at work. Finally the results of the research are discussed.
