Projektinhallinta : Case: Sähkösaattoprojekti

Abstract

Tämä opinnäytetyö käsittelee toimitusprojektin projektinhallintaan liittyviä haasteita teorian ja käytännön näkökulmasta. Teoria- ja käytäntöosioissa tarkastellaan projektin elinkaaren suunnittelu- ja toteutusvaihetta.

Teoriaosuudessa tarkastellaan projektinhallinnasta kirjoitettua kirjallisuutta sekä kohdeyrityksen projektiorganisaatiolta saatuja ohjeita ja yrityksen ohjeistuksia. Käytännön osuuteen saatiin näkökulmaa toimitusprojektin toteutusvaiheesta, jossa opinnäytetyön tekijä toimi projektinhoitajana projektin toteutusvaiheen alusta projektin luovutukseen.

Projektinhallinnan tarkoituksena on ammattimainen projektin toteutus. Projektilla on aina päämäärä, odotukset ja vaatimukset ja näiden saavuttaminen on projektinhallinnan keskeisin haaste.

Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli luoda lukijalle ja tekijälle kokonaiskuva projektinhallinnan teoriasta, haasteista, käytännöistä, osa-alueista ja tulevaisuuden toimista, joilla päästäisiin yhä parempiin tuloksiin toimitusprojekteissa.

This thesis a ddresses the challenges related to the project management of a delivery project from the viewpoint of theory and practice. The theory and practice parts examine the project lifecycle design and the implementation phases of a project.

The theory part examines the literature written on the topic of project management and the instructions received from the target company’s project organization and the instructions from the company. The delivery project implementation phase in which the author of this thesis operated as a project manager from the beginning of the implementation part until the end of the project brings viewpoint to the practical part.

The purpose of project management is to ensure the professional implementation of a project. A project always has a goal, expectations and requirements and achieving these is the central challenge of project management.
