Veneiden lopputarkistuksen parantaminen

Abstract

Tämä opinnäytetyö on tehty Grandezza-venetehtaalle. Grandezza- venetehdas sijaitsee Kalajoella ja Grandezza valmistaa laadukkaita veneitä vapaa-ajan käyttöön. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli vähentää vikojen ja virheiden määrää veneissä, ja löytää viat ja virheet lopputarkastuksessa, etteivät ne päätyisi jälleen myyjien ja asiakkaiden löydettäväksi, ja näin aiheuttaisi reklamaatioita ja kustannuksia.

Kesäkuun 2017 aikana pyrin olemaan venetehtaalla aina, kun valmistunut vene laskettiin testausaltaaseen, jossa vene koekäytettiin ja testattiin valmiiksi luovutettavaksi. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli selvittää venetehtaan nykytila, ja käytössä olevat testausmenetelmät. Niiden selvityksen jälkeen tavoitteena oli luoda kehitysideoita, ja mahdollisesti kokonaan uusia testausmenetelmiä.

This thesis was made for Grandezza boat factory. Grandezza`s boat factory is located in Kalajoki, and Grandessa manufactures high quality boats for leisure time. The aim of thesis was to reduce the numbers of faults and errors in the boats, and find faults and errors in the final inspection, so that there would not be any faults when delivered to resellers and customers, thus reducing complaints and cost.

During 2017 June I tried to be at the boat factory, every time a new boat was completed and dropped to the testing pool, where the boat was test operated ready to be delivered. The aim of this thesis was to find out the current state of the boat factory and the testing methods in use. After they were investigated, the aim was to find development ideas and possibly completely new test methods.
