Varaosien romutusprosessin ohjeen laatiminen

Abstract

Tämän työn toimeksiantajana toimii Veho Oy Ab:n Seinäjoen hyötyajoneuvokorjaamo. Työn tarkoituksena on luoda toimiva ja nykyaikainen ohjeistus korjaamon uusien sekä käytettyjen varaosien romutusprosessia varten. Prosessi on tarkoitus toteuttaa nykyaikaisten lakien sekä asetusten mukaisesti.

Työssä tutustutaan aluksi siihen, mitä hävitettävät varaosat varsinaisesti ovat, mistä niitä syntyy sekä miksi niitä romutetaan. Asiaa tarkastellaan myös lainsäädännön näkökulmasta, ja tarkastellaan myös sitä, miten romutusprosessi vaikuttaa yrityksen varaston arvoon.

Romutusprosessin tärkeänä osana on myös ympäristöarvot, kierrättäminen sekä kestävä kehitys, jossa tarkastellaan yrityksen toimintamalleja ja niiden soveltumista nykypäivän säädäntöihin sekä standardeihin. Valmista ohjetta ei ole näkyvillä julkisen version liitteenä.

The client of this thesis was Veho Oy Ab’s workshop in Seinäjoki. The main purpose of the thesis project was to create modern and clear instructions for the wrecking process of new and used spare parts. The process was supposed to go hand in hand with today’s laws and decrees.

In this thesis it was explained what the parts that need to be wrecked are, where do they come from and why do they need to be wrecked. The whole process was seen from the legal point of view and also its effects on the company’s storage value were studied. Important aspects concerning the wrecking process are also environmental issues, recycling, and sustainable development. In this thesis the company’s own operating models were also opened to see how they match the current laws. The final version of the instructions has not been attached to the public version of the thesis.
