Perehdyttämissuunnitelma - case Porin YH-Asunnot Oy

Abstract

Perehdyttämisellä tarkoitetaan kaikkia niitä tapahtumia ja toimenpiteitä, joilla uutta tai uudessa työssä aloittavaa työntekijää tuetaan. Perehdyttämisen avulla pyritään auttamaan uutta työntekijää mahdollisimman hyvin alkuun uudessa työssään, työyhteisössään ja organisaatiossaan, jotta hän pystyy nopeasti selviytymään työssään itsenäisesti. Näin myös organisaation toiminta jatkuu tuottavana ja tasalaatuisena. Edellä mainitussa seikoissa onnistuminen vaatii hyvin toteutetun perehdyttämisen.

Perehdyttämisestä säädellään laajasti myös lainsäädännössä ja työnantajan tulee lain mukaan perehdyttää työntekijänsä. Opinnäytetyössä käytiin perehdyttämisen teorian lisäksi läpi lakeja, joissa säädellään perehdyttämisestä. Kyseiset lait ovat opinnäytetyötä ajatellen oleellisia. Opinnäytetyössä käytiin näin ollen läpi työsopimuslakia, työehtosopimuslakia, työturvallisuuslakia, lakia yhteistoiminnasta yrityksissä, tasa-arvolakia ja yhdenvertaisuuslakia.

Tämä opinnäytetyö toteutettiin toimeksiantona Porin YH-Asunnot Oy:lle. Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli perehdyttämiseen liittyvän kirjallisuuden sekä perehdyttä-miseen liittyvien lakien säädösten perusteella laatia case-organisaatiolle toimiva perehdyttämissuunnitelma. Suunnitelma on valmis perehdytyksen eri vaiheisiin pohjautuva pohja perehdytysprosessille, jonka voi antaa niin perehdyttäjälle kuin perehdytettävälle työntekijälle. Perehdyttämissuunnitelmaa täydentämään tehtiin omakohtaiseen kokemukseen perustuva perehdyttämissuunnitelman tarkistuslista.

Orientation means all the actions and operations, that new employee or employee who starts a new job, are being supported with. The orientation aims to help the new employee as well as possible in his new work, in his work community and in his organization, so that he can quickly cope with his work independently. That is how the organization's performance continues to be productive and steady. Success in the above-mentioned requires a well-implemented orientation.

Orientation is also largely governed by legislation and the employer is obliged by law to orientate his employees. In addition to the theory of orientation, the thesis also went through the laws governing the orientation. Thus, the thesis deals with the Employment Contracts Act, the Collective Agreement Act, the Occupational Safety and Health Act, the Act on Co-operation within Undertakings, the Equality Act and Non-discrimination Act.

This thesis was carried out as an assignment to Porin YH-Asunnot Oy- organization. The purpose of the thesis was to prepare an orientation plan for a case company, based on literature related to orientation and legislation that concerns orientation. The plan is a finished layout for the orientation process, based on the different phases of orientation, which can be given to a facilitator and a trainee. To complement the orientation plan, an orientation plan checklist was made based on a personal experience.
