Tehdassuunnitelma puualan yritykselle

Abstract

Lapin Laude Oy on keminmaalainen puualan yritys, joka valmistaa saunanlauteita ja pesuhuonekalusteita. Työn aiheena on perusteellinen käyttökustannusten minimointi siirtämällä tuotanto pienempiin tiloihin ja uusimalla tuotannossa käytettävät koneet ja laitteet energian kulutuksen vähentämiseksi ja käyttöpääoman säästämiseksi. Tämän opinnäytetyön perustana oli yrityksen tilauskannan merkittävä pieneneminen. Yrittäjällä ei kuitenkaan ollut halua lopettaa elinkelpoista yritystoimintaa.

Työssä yritykselle valittiin uudet puuntyöstökoneet ja sijoitettiin ne uusiin tuotantotiloihin työvaiheet huomioiden. Tuotantotilojen purunpoisto suunnitellaan koneiden sijoittelun perusteella ja paineilmajärjestelmä mitoitetaan laudetuotannon todellinen ilmankulutus huomioiden.

Haasteellisinta opinnäytetyössä oli hinta- laatusuhteeltaan korkealaatuisten puuntyöstökoneiden valmistajan löytäminen sekä kotimaisten koneliikkeiden korkeat hinnat. Tästä syystä päätettiin ohittaa jälleenmyyjät ja otettiin suoraan yhteyttä valmistajiin, jotka myyvät tuotteitaan suoraan kuluttajille. Lisähuolensa työhön toivat muuttuneet sähköstandardit ja Atex-direktiivi, josta tuli sitovampi sen muuttuessa osaksi kansallista lainsäädäntöämme. Sähköstandardi muuttui tiukemmaksi vaatien muunmuassa vikavirtasuojat myös valaisimiin ja direktiivi on ollut siirtymäajan verran vain ohjeistus eikä sitova laki.

Opinnäytetyössä tehtyjen suunnitelmien ja laskelmien perusteella voidaan todeta, että energiankulutuksen osalta haluttuihin säästöihin päästään helposti. Tässä opinnäytetyössä laaditun tehdassuunnitelman taustalta löytyykin tahto uudistaa työtapoja ja aikaansaada säästöjä taloudellisemmilla tuotantovälineillä.

Lapin Laude OY is a woodworking company manufacturing sauna and bathroom fitments in Keminmaa. The topic of this thesis is thorough minimization of operational expenses by moving the production to smaller premises and by renewing the manufacturing machinery and equipment in order to reduce the energy consumption. The motivation for this thesis was the drop in the company’s volume of orders. However, the entrepreneur was not willing to cease the operations, which still have foreseeable opportunities to succeed.

In this thesis new wood manufacturing machinery was chosen and they were placed to new manufacturing premises. The sawdust removal from the manufacturing premises is planned according to the placement of machinery and the pneumatic air system is scaled to match the factual air consumption.

The most challenging in the thesis was to find the producers of high quality wood machinery with high-quality ratio, and the overall high pricing of domestic operators. Therefore it was decided, that the retailers are ruled out and instead contact the manufacturers selling machinery directly to consumers. A further concern was brought by the change of the electric standards and Atex-directive, which became more binding as it was introduced to national legislation. The electric standard became more restrictive as it required residual current circuit breakers also for lighting equipment. Earlier the directive was only instruction but not binding.

Based on the plans and calculations presented in this work, it was concluded that the savings on the energy consumption are rather easy to achieve. The factory plan presented in this work is based on the willingness to renew working methods and to achieve savings with more economic production equipment.
