Urakanlaskentasovellus

Abstract

Tämän opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli suunnitella ja toteuttaa kosketuspaneelilla ja ohjelmoitavalla logiikalla helppokäyttöinen käyttöliittymä urakanlaskentaan, korvaamaan vanhaa mekaanista leimakelloa. Sovelluksen oli lähetettävä urakan raportit sähköpostin liitteenä työnjohtajille tai heidän sijaisille. Projekti toteutettiin, Siemensin TP700 comfort -kosketuspaneelilla ja S7-1211C -ohjelmoitavalla logiikalla. Lopputuloksena oli helppokäyttöinen käyttöliittymä, joka vaatii käyttäjältään vain pienen perehdytyksen. Tässä raportissa syvennytään kuitenkin enemmän logiikkaohjelmaan, joka on helpon käyttöliittymän alla melko monimutkainen.

The goal of this thesis was to design and implement an easy to use interface for counting contracts, using a touch panel and a plc. The interface would replace an old mechanical punch clock. The application would have to send the contract report to the foremen and their substitutes through email. The project was carried out with the Siemens TP700 comfort –touch panel and S7-1211C –plc. The outcome of this project was an easy to use interface that requires only little introduction. However, in this thesis more attention was paid to the logic program which is quite complex under the easy to use interface.
