Koulurakennusten sisäilmaongelmat ja rakennustekninen luokittelu

Abstract

Tässä opinnäytetyössä tehtiin Turun yliopiston väitöstutkijan tutkimustyöhön rakennustekninen luokittelu koulurakennuksista. Luokittelun pohjalta päätettiin opinnäytetyössä tarkastella koulurakennusten sisäilmaongelmia rakenteiden kosteusvaurioitumisen näkökulmasta. Opinnäytetyössä esiteltiin rakennustekninen luokittelu sekä sen aineistona olleet tarkastuskertomukset rakennusteknisestä näkökulmasta.

Opinnäytetyössä tarkasteltiin rakennuksen kosteusteknistä toimintaa, rakennukseen kohdistuvia kosteuslähteitä sekä eri rakenteiden kosteusvaurioitumista, kosteusvaurioiden aiheuttajia sekä rakenteellisia ongelmia kosteusvaurioitumisen takana. Opinnäytetyössä käsiteltiin ainoastaan koulurakennusten eri rakenteita, opinnäytetyön ollessa pääsääntöisesti rakennustekniikkaan pohjautuva tutkiva työ. Ilmanvaihto rajattiin opinnäytetyöstä kokonaan pois.

Rakennustekninen luokittelu tehtiin väitöstutkijan tutkimustyössä mukana olleista koulurakennuksista, niistä tehtyjen tarkastuskertomusten perusteella. Luokittelussa oli mukana kymmeniä eri koulurakennuksia kolmesta eri kunnasta. Opinnäytetyössä esiteltiin rakennusteknisen luokittelun toteutus sekä sen sisältöä että rakennetta. Rakennusteknisen luokittelun Excel-taulukkopohja oli ennalta laadittu väitöstutkijan toimesta. Koulurakennusten rakennustekniset tiedot poimittiin aineistosta ja luokiteltiin määrättyjen arvojen ja muuttujien mukaisesti.

Luokittelun aineistona käytettiin koulurakennuksista tehtyjä tarkastuskertomuksia, joita oli noin 125 kappaletta. Tarkastuskertomuksista poimittiin kaikki oleellinen rakennustekninen tieto luokittelua varten. Tarkastuskertomukset oltiin nimetty numeerisesti, kunnan sekä rakennukselle annetun numeron perusteella. Opinnäytetyössä tarkasteltiin tarkastuskertomusten rakennetta ja sisältöä rakennusteknisestä näkökulmasta. Lisäksi työssä tutkittiin tarkastuskertomuksiin liittyen koulurakennusten säännöllisen valvonnan tarkastusta sekä siihen liittyvää lainsäädäntöä.

In this thesis, a construction engineering classification of school buildings was made for the research work of the University of Turku. Based on the classification, it was decided in the thesis to examine the air inside problems of the school buildings from the point of view of the building technique from the moisture damage of structures. In the thesis work, the construction technical classification and the audit report from the building technical point of view were presented.

In this thesis deals with the moisture-technical activity of the buildings, the moisture sources on the building, the moisture damage of the various structures, the causes of water damage and structural problems behind moisture damage. The thesis deals with the different structures of school buildings, while the thesis is mainly an investigative work based on construction engineering. Ventilation was entirely excluded from the thesis.

The construction engineering classification was made on the school buildings involved in the research work of the doctoral thesis, based on the audit reports made on them. The classification included dozens of different school buildings from three different municipalities. The thesis presents the execution of both the content and the structure of the construction engineering classification. The Excel-table for the construction engineering classification was predefined by the researcher. The building technical data for school buildings was extracted from the material and classified according to the specified values and variables.

The classification material consisted of about 125 inspections audit reports of school buildings. All relevant technical data for classification was taken from the audit reports. The audit reports were named numerically, based on the number of the municipality and the building. The thesis was examined the structure and contents of the audit reports from the building's technical visual angle. In addition, the thesis examined, in connection with audit reports, the regular control inspections of school buildings and related legislation.
