Fira Modules : Kylpyhuonemoduulien vaikutukset työmaalle

Abstract

Tässä opinnäytetyössä tutkittiin kylpyhuonemoduulien käyttöä rakennustyömaalla. Työssä tarkasteltiin asennustöiden ajallista kestoa ja moduulien asennettavuutta

Työ lähti liikkeelle työn tilaajan Fira Modulesin tarpeesta saada tietoa valmistamiensa kylpyhuonemoduulien käytöstä rakennustyömaalla. Tutkimus tehtiin Fira Oy:n Hansakallio 3:n työmaalla Espoossa. Tutkimusta varten haastateltiin rakennusalan ammattilaisia ongelmien löytämiseksi ja ratkomiseksi.

Tiedon lähteinä tutkimustyössä käytettiin rakennusalan julkaisuja ja ohjekortteja. Rakennustöiden edetessä työtä pyrittiin sujuvoittamaan ongelmien ratkaisujen kautta. Työssä havaittuihin haasteisiin luotiin ratkaisu, jota testattiin työn aikana. Työmaan ajallinen tieto koottiin ja sen pohjalta määriteltiin asennustyöhön käytettyjä työaikoja. Ratkaisujen toimivuuden todentamiseksi tarkasteltiin työn toteutumista.

The aim of the study was to research the use of bathroom modules on a construction site. The duration time of the installation work and the usability of the modules were examined.

The study was commissioned by Fira Modules to get information on the use of bathroom modules at a construction site. The study was carried out at Fira Oy’s Hansakallio 3 site in Espoo. For the purpose of the research, construction professionals were interviewed to identify and solve problems.

The sources of information were construction field publications and guidance cards. As the construction work progressed, efforts were made to streamline the production by finding solutions to problems. The challenges identified in the construction work were met with solutions that was tested during the research. Time related data was compiled on the site and based on this, the work times used for the installation work were defined. In order to verify the functionality of the solutions, the implementation of the work was closely examined.
