Ajojärjestelyn työohje

Abstract

Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli luoda Inex Partners Oy:n Sipoo PTDC -logistiikkakeskuksen ajojärjestelyn työohjeistus sekä kartoittaa ajotoimiston vastuualueet ja toimintamallit oleellisten sidosryhmien kanssa. Ohje on tarkoitettu suullisen opastuksen ja käytännön työssä oppimisen tueksi.

Työn toteutus perustuu uuden ja muuttuvan työympäristön havainnointiin ja sitä kautta parhaiden mahdollisten toimintaratkaisujen etsimiseen.

Työn tuloksena ajojärjestelyn toimenkuva on esitettynä kirjallisessa muodossa, jolloin oleelliset tiedot ovat tasapuolisesti kaikkien niitä tarvitsevien tahojen saatavilla. Uusien työntekijöiden perehdyttäminen helpottuu ja keskeiset vastuut sekä linjaukset ovat myöhemmin tarpeen vaatiessa kerrattavissa.

Suurimpina haasteina työn toteutuksen kannalta olivat täysin uudistunut työympäristö sekä aikaisemman vastaavanlaisen työohjeen puuttuminen. Näin ollen työ jouduttiin rakentamaan tyhjältä pohjalta ilman aikaisempia referenssejä tai muuta työhön suoraan liittyvää lähdemateriaalia.

Logistiikkakeskuksen pitkään kestävän ylösajon myötä työympäristö jatkaa muuttumistaan myös tulevaisuudessa. Näin ollen työn tuloksena saadut ohjeet tulevat vaatimaan vastaisuudessa päivittämistä.

The purpose of this Bachelor’s thesis was to assemble work instructions for transport coordinators in the new Inex Sipoo PTDC logistics center. In addition, areas of responsibility and guidelines for operating with stakeholders were mapped. This manual is intended to support oral instructions and practical learning.

This thesis was carried out by observing the new and dynamic environment, and, in practice, finding the best possible working methods.

As a result of this thesis, the instructions for the transport coordinators are presented in written form, which makes the relevant information easily and equally accessible to all those it may concern. Acquainting new employees with the company and work procedures becomes easier, and information can be double-checked or referred to later.

The biggest challenges faced while creating this thesis were the completely new working environment and the lack of a previous, similar manual. As such, the instructions needed to be created from scratch, without any directly related source material.

The lengthy ramp-up process of the new logistics center means that the environment is continually changing, and will continue to do so for a long period of time. Because of this, the instructions and the guidelines presented in this thesis will need updating and re-evaluating in the future.
