Määrälaskennan ja hinnoittelun tehostaminen linjasaneerauksessa

Abstract

Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli tutkia mahdollisuuksia nopeuttaa tarjouksen luomista määrälaskennan ja hinnoittelun prosessissa. Korjaushankintayksikön tarpeesta nopeuttaa laskentaprosessia oli tarve pohtia ratkaisuja, jotta nykyisillä resursseilla voitaisiin laskea useampi tarjous ja parantaa kilpailukykyä.

Opinnäytetyön teoriaosuudessa käsitellään linjasaneeraus menetelmiä yleisellä tasolla ja pääasiana linjasaneerauksen tarjouksen muodostamista. Tarjouksen laskemisessa käsitellään määrälaskentaa ja hinnoittelua. Tietopohjana käytettiin kirjallisuutta, sekä haastattelut Peabin laskentaryhmän kanssa. Teoriaosuutta muokattiin soveltumaan Peabin toimintatapoihin.

Opinnäytetyön lopputuotteena on muokattu JCAD-määrälaskentaohjelman nimikkeistöä soveltumaan paremmin massoitteluun, sekä mitä muita hyötyjä määrälaskennan nimikkeistön muokkaamisesta on kuin nopeuttaa laskentaa. Esimerkkikohteeksi otettiin kylpyhuoneen seinä- ja lattiapinnat ja talosauna pelkistetyssä muodossa. Näillä on pyritty näyttämään nimikkeistön muokkaamisen hyötyä ja mahdollisuuksia.

Abstract

The purpose of this thesis was to investigate possibilities to make contract offers faster with the surveying of building materials and pricing. The department of plumbing renova- tion had the need to make the process faster without increasing recourses and staying competitive at the market of construction contracts.

In the theory part of the thesis plumbing renevation styles are addressed and the main focus is on the process of making an offer. Making the offer is broken down in two parts, i.e.are counting the building materials and pricing. Information sources were mostly litera-ture and interviewing the personnel of the department. The theory part complies with the Peab way of working.

The outcome of the study is a nomenclature that has been modified to better fit the system of counting materials with the JCAD program. Bathroom wall and sealing materials were chosen as examples. With the examples the aim was to show the benefits of the modifica-tion and other further possibilities.
