Mikrotilanhallintaprosessin dokumentointi : Case - Kesko Oyj

Abstract

Opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli koota ja kuvata Kesko Oyj:n päivittäistavarakaupan mikrotilanhallintaprosessi. Nykyprosessi haluttiin kuvata uudelleen selkeästi vaiheineen. Prosessi kuvattiin opas-muotoon, jossa prosessi avataan tarkasti kaikkine välivaiheineen.

Työ toteutettiin perehtymällä tarkasti prosessiin kokonaisuudessaan. Kaikki saatavilla oleva ajantasainen ja kirjallinen materiaali koottiin yhteen, jonka pohjalta opasta lähdettiin kokoamaan. Prosessin vaiheiden kokoaminen ja kuvaaminen toteutettiin yhdessä tilanhallinnan tiimin kanssa.

Opinnäytetyön tuotoksena saatiin Mikrotilanhallinnan prosessin opas. Oppaassa on kuvattu nykyprosessi helppolukuisena selkeine vaiheineen sekä kaikki prosessin välivaiheet työohjeineen.

The purpose of this thesis was to map and describe the process of micro space management at Kesko Corporation grocery trade. The current process required to be mapped anew with all the work phases of the process. The process was described in the form of a guide book where all the phases in the process are opened accurately.

The thesis was executed by studying the process of the micro space management in the company carefully. The current process was compiled from all the up to date material related to the process that was up to date and in collaboration with the company’s space management team.

The outcome of this thesis is a guide book for the micro space management process. In the guide book the current process is explained thoroughly with all the work phases.
