Poneista vihreää voimaa Kokkolan ensi- ja turvakodin henkilökunnalle : – Työhyvinvointia vihreän voiman menetelmin

Abstract

Projektina toteutetun opinnäytetyön tarkoituksena oli tutustuttaa Kokkolan ensi- ja turvakodin henkilökunta Green Caren menetelmiin vihreän voiman näkökulmasta sekä tuoda uusia ideoita asiakastyöhön. Opinnäytetyön tavoitteena oli tuottaa henkilökunnalle omakohtaisia kokemuksia vihreän voiman vaikutuksista hyvinvointiin.

Projektissa suunniteltiin ja toteutettiin henkilökunnalle työhyvinvointipäivä, joka toteutettiin 8.9.2017 Isojärvellä Kokkolassa. Päivä suunniteltiin yhdessä työelämäohjaajien kanssa heidän toiveidensa mukaisesti. Suunnitelman tapaamisia järjestettiin kaksi kertaa, jolloin suunniteltiin projektin kohderyhmä sekä tarkennettiin teema. Teemaksi muodostui Green Care ja vihreä voima.

Työhyvinvointipäivä aloitettiin asiantuntijaluennolla ja toiminnallinen osuus toteutettiin eläinavusteisen menetelmän avulla. Työhyvinvointipäivään osallistui kahdeksan työntekijää kolmelta eri osastolta. Päivän lopuksi kerättiin palaute, jonka mukaan päivä oli onnistunut. Henkilökunta koki saaneensa uusia ideoita asiakastyöhön ja aikoivat hyödyntää vihreää voimaa työssään.

This thesis was a project work with the purpose to create the experience of Green care to staff of the Kokkola´s a mother-child home and shelter. The point of view was green power which the employees could use with the customers. A well-being of the employees-day was the results of the project and it was carried out in Isojärvi in Kokkola 8th of the October in 2017. The day was designed together with Teija Talasmo, Katja Koivula and Jessica Sundström according to their wishes. The meetings were arranged twice during these the target group of the project was designed, and a theme was focused. Green care and green power formed into the theme. Eight employees participated in well-being of the employees-day from three different departments.

The functional share of the project was carried out with assited with animals- method and the theory of the day was arranged through the expert at the beginning of the day.

Last of the day the feedback was anonymously collected. Results was good, the day was succeeded.

The staff experienced that he had got new ideas to the customer work and they intended to utilize green power in its work.
