ULKOISTETUN KIRJANPIDON SIIRTÄMINEN TAKAISIN YRITYKSELLE

Abstract

Tämän opinnäytetyön aiheena on taloushallinnon siirtäminen kirjanpitäjältä yrittäjälle itselleen (yksityinen elinkeinoharjoittaja). Päätavoitteena oli valita toimeksiantajalle sopiva kirjanpito-ohjelma, jolla voidaan tehdä yrityksen kirjanpito ilman tilitoimistoa. Toisena tavoitteena oli löytää käytännön neuvoja kirjanpidon tekemisestä.

Opinnäyte toteutettiin kvalitatiivisena tutkimuksena käyttäen lähteinä kirjallista ai-neistoa ja haastatteluja. Työ aloitettiin tutustumalla eri teorialähteisiin. Teoriaosuudes-sa käsiteltiin taloushallinnon siirtoa, kirjanpidon käsitteitä, kirjanpito-ohjelman valin-taa ja toiminimen erityispiirteitä. Lähteinä käytettiin alan kirjallisuutta, lainsäädäntöä ja internet-lähteitä. Kirjanpitäjää ja toimeksiantajaa haastattelemalla selvitettiin yri-tyksen nykyistä tilannetta ja sitä, minkälainen kirjanpito-ohjelma olisi paras vaihtoeh-to.

Kirjanpito-ohjelman edullisuus nousi tärkeimmäksi valintakriteeriksi, joten ohjelma-vertailuun valittiin mukaan kolme ilmaista, internetistä saatavilla olevaa kirjanpito-ohjelmaa. Tutkimuksesta kävi ilmi, että taloushallinnon siirto takaisin yritykselle on hyvä suunnitella huolellisesti etukäteen. Kaikki ilmaiset kirjanpito-ohjelmat, joita ver-rattiin, sopivat pienyrityksen kirjanpitoon. Kaiken kaikkiaan opinnäytetyölle asetetut tavoitteet täyttyivät, sillä löydettiin sopiva kirjanpito-ohjelma, joka vastasi ominai-suuksiltaan (edullisuus, helppokäyttöisyys, ohjelmistotuki) yrittäjän tarpeisiin.

The subject of this Bachelor´s thesis is the transfer of financial administration from a bookkeeper to an entrepreneur (business name). The main goal was to find a suitable accounting program for the commissioner of the thesis in order for the entrepreneur to keep the books independently. In addition, the aim was to find some practical ad-vice for keeping the books.

The Bachelor´s thesis was conducted as a qualitative research by using written mate-rial and interviews as sources. The work was started by studying different theoretical sources. The theoretical part dealt with the transfer of financial administration, the concepts of bookkeeping, the selection of the accounting program and the distinctive features of the business name. Literature in the field, legislation and internet sources were used as source material. The present state of the company and the best possible alternative for an accounting program were found out by interviewing the bookkeep-er and the commissioner.

The inexpensiveness of the accounting program became the major selection criterion, thus three accounting programs available on the internet free of charge were chosen for program comparison. The research revealed that transferring financial administra-tion back to the company should be carefully planned in advance. The program com-parison showed that all the three programs chosen were suitable for the bookkeeping of a small enterprise. On the whole, the goals set for the thesis were reached as a suit-able accounting program was found to meet the needs of the commissioner, i.e. inex-pensiveness, user-friendliness and software support.
