Oikosulkuvirran laskenta kaivoksen sähköverkossa

Abstract

Tässä opinnäytetyössä on suoritettu oikosulkuvirtalaskenta kaivoksen sähköverkon keskijänniteosalle. Työssä keskityttiin kaivoksen maanalaiseen sähköverkkoon, koska koko tehdasalueen verkko on liian suuri kokonaisuus. Laskennassa käytettiin apuna ABB DOC -laskentaohjelmaa ja tarkasteltiin siitä saatuja tuloksia.

Työn teoriaosassa tarkastellaan oikosulkuvirtojen laskennan menetelmiä. Teoriaosuuden tarkoitus on selventää oikosulkuvirran laskentaa ja auttaa ymmärtämään laskettuja tuloksia. ABB DOC -ohjelma esitellään työssä lyhyesti, mutta sen käyttö vaatii kuitenkin perehtymistä itse ohjelmaan syvemmin.

Työn lopussa esitellään tulokset ja vertaillaan niitä valmistajan ilmoittamiin arvoihin. Tuloksista tehtiin päätelmiä ja kehitysideoita.

This thesis examines short-circuit currents in an underground mining medium voltage network. The surface industrial electric network was not examined in this thesis, because the subject would be too wide. ABB DOC program is used to model the network and help in calculations.

The theoretical part of this thesis examines methods for short-circuit current calculations. The theoretical part helps to understand calculations of short-circuit currents and calculation results. ABB DOC program is presented briefly, but using the program requires a deeper orientation.

At the end of this thesis, results are presented and compared to the values declared by the manufacturers. Conclusions and development ideas are made from the results of this thesis.
